Paleo Frogs consist of the 9 best frog cards, and many traps (most of which are part of the Paleozoic archetype) in the Main Deck. Their main strategy is to disrupt the opponent's plays with cards like Infinite Impermanence, Paleozoic Canadia, Paleozoic Dinomischus, and the Solemn series of counter traps. Using such a large amount of traps allows them to take advantage of the effects of the Paleozoic traps from the GY, which special summon them as level 2 aqua type monsters. This just so happens to coincide with Toadally Awesome's summoning conditions, which is a powerful negation card. However, there is a plethora of rank 2 XYZ monsters to take advantage of. Post Phantom Rage, the deck doesn't actually change much. I just wanted an excuse to post this. But, it does add the new TCG card, Divine Arsenal AA-ZEUS - Sky Thunder, which is an incredible piece of XYZ support. While being slightly situational, its ability to nuke the field effortlessly can't be ignored.
