I don't know why this card haven't saw play, because it is insane what it can do: It can be a extender (search for
Dark Beckoning Beast, summon it and summon
Chaos Summoning Beast for link plays like Cross-sheep or Curious); Set the graveyard, etc.
This card deserver more recognition.
