Misaki City Tournament - Kevin Monroe

The heir to Monroe family, his parents enlisted him in a public duel school in an attempt for him to be a "normal kid". A naturally curious and kind young man, he investigates and analyzes almost everything around him.

Despite his logicalness, he's rather quirky. He also a massive fan of Team 5C's, hoping to get at least one of the team members autographs.

Most of he other students find him weird, only Andrew, Nene, and Max hang out with him.
