This deck has 2 main goals: the far more reliable Megalith lockdown with Bethor on deck, and the far more disrespectful "Turn Skip".
In either case, you want to find a way to start summoning Megalith Ophiel and/or Megalith Hagith to start searching for more cards to combo further and build towards summoning Gallant Granite to search for Block Dragon. If you summon Gallant Granite into an Extra Monster Zone, you can link it off into Gravity Controller to easily put it and its other material into the GY to be banished for Block Dragon's summon. It's also better to summon Block Dragon from the GY after using Megalith Phul or Megalith Unformed to send it from your hand as Ritual tribute.
Megalith Phul is easily the best card this archetype has going for it. Being level 2 makes it easy to summon with Megalith Unformed (which is why I feel only 2 copies are necessary), it can ritual summon other Megalith monsters from your deck without even having to tribute itself off (and this is a quick effect!), and it can modulate its own level, so if you did want to have Phul use itself as tribute, you could potentially make it level 8 first to then summon any Megalith you want from your deck with Phul being the sole tribute.
Megalith Lockdown
Megaltith Phul is the key to the more lockdown oriented approach. The goal is to combo for as long as possible to load your GY up with as many different Megalith's as possible (just beware of Nibiru), and end with Phul on board (best if you have a lvl 8 Megalith in hand, and Aratron on board, or have just made Phul lvl 8 by its effect). Then, during your opponent's turn, use Phul's effect to summon a Megalith Bethor from your deck or hand to wipe out your opponent's board whenever you see the opportunity to do the most damage.
Adding to the "lockdown" nature of this strategy is Barrier Statue of Drought. Being 1 of only 3 normal summons in the deck (the other 2 being 2 copies of Manju), you will likely be able to search for the Barrier Statue along with another lvl4 Megalith off of Block Dragon's effect and Normal Summon it to lock your opponent into Special Summoning only Earth monsters (something that barely has any effect at all on this deck). Normally Barrier Statues are pretty easy to deal with, just requiring you to use your Battle Phase to attack over their measly 1000 ATK/DEF, but if your opponent attempts to move to their battle phase, you can blow away whatever they've summoned by using Megalith Phul to summon Megalith Bethor, leaving them stuck under the Barrier Statue lock.
"Turn Skip"
This strategy relies on a particular quirk within the rules of the game regarding the Main Phase 2, namely: you cannot proceed directly to a Main Phase 2 without first entering/conducting your Battle Phase. If you have no Battle Phase, you don't get a Main Phase 2, and if you don't get a Main Phase 1 or a Battle Phase/Main Phase 2, you essentially get no turn.
To achieve this, all you need to do is summon Amorphactor Pain the Imagination Dracoverlord (all level 4 Megalith monsters can summon any ritual monster from your hand, not just Megaliths) and set Thunder of Ruler.
Even if you don't manage to get both pieces of this combo together, Amorphactor Pain is still a beefy level 8 Earth ritual monster that can be rather easily summoned or used as material, and it still skips your opponent's Main Phase 1 while also shutting down all Fusion, Synchro, and Xyz monsters on the field. Even Thunder of Ruler can be handy in providing extra protection for your Barrier Statue of Drought, preventing your opponent from simply attacking over it to remove the restriction on their Special Summons, if you find it in your opening hand without Amorphactor Pain.
