At last, a meaningful meta change is upon us. Ryzeal is expected to be the best deck, and Maliss is a contender, if not the favorite, for the #2 spot. Dormouse and White Rabbit both represent full combo, and Mining makes them more accessible. The formerly bulk common TCGE Haggard Lizardose has become a key part of this deck to turn Dormouse or White Rabbit into Red Ransom without using Splash mage immediately and getting Cyberse locked, additionally letting you hold TB 11 for later in Dormouse starts so it can be used to banish Ransom to get Dotscaper into rotation. Neo-Tempest Terahertz and base (post errata) Firewall are key pieces in the deck, something that has been a long time coming for both. With 9 cards representing full combo without anything else specific this deck is around 75% to open one and has 21 non-engine slots, 19 hand traps (including 4 bystials who also serve as extenders if you aren't cyberse locked by Splash Mage and Transcode), called by, and Gold Sarc which is, admittedly, functionally engine, but not combo on its own.
Packbit, Desavewurm, Aggregator and Code of Soul are your sends for Terahertz, each providing different utility. Packbit is non-destruction removal, Aggregator is a negate of a faceup card, Desavewurm is always being sent t1 so you can banish it as a Spell/Trap Negate, and Code of Soul functions as a pseudo I:P from grave for Q Hearts or Heatsoul. Firewall can serve as extention and Interuption, but typically requires a Bystial or a Code of Soul or limited interuption to bring out, but enables 1 card starts to use Chessy to draw while setting up Terahertz and Revive Q Hearts plays. Otherwise the ED is the Maliss links which serve as Extention and interaction and a Bunch of the Cyberse usual suspects. Linguriboh is a free l1 that can stop something like Imperm or other traps going second. Decoder is just a free extra arrow and is usually made with Dotscaper before making White Binder. Red Ransom is usually the first Q link you make to grab the field spell and then banish it with TB 11 so it can get Dotscaper in rotation while summoning Chessy. White Binder is a massive DD crow and provides Draw power and the crow effect can even banish Chessy for more extension, and it will also get you MTB-07 to serve as follow up and removal. Q Hearts is typically summoned off of Code of Soul for its quick banish effect, the attack gain is useful, but hardly a key function, especially with Accesscode in the deck. Accesscode and S:P hardly need introduction.
Shifter is in the side since it does have consequences on your end board and does very little to Ryzeal. Thrust for D-Barrier as one of the strongest cards in the game going first. Crossout is a common side in, especially since crossout on Shifter or Lancea is a definite benefit, along with the Nibiru and the main deck stuff like Fuwalos. Eclipse is very good into Ryzeal since it turns off their Rank 4s so Detonator can't cause its usual mahem.
No Impulse for a couple reasons, A its still $60 a pop and it conflicts with a lot of your extenders like Dotscaper, Transcode and Firewall, while clashing with a number of the Hand Traps in the deck like Veiler, Mourner and Fuwalos, and not actually being that high impact into the expected meta. Remember, about half the cost of the deck is Fuwalos, so if you replace it and ideally have the Druiswurms in hand the cost ends up being not that bad. I'll be posting an updated VV list soon, but otherwise this is it.
