The 25th Anniversary tins have given a lot of new tools to many Common Charity decks, but the most transformative addition has to be the Libromancers. The Libromancer engine gives Megalith the ability to set an omni negate trap and/or summon a monster that negates a monster and sets its attack to 0 on either players turn.
The deck gets to keep Megalith's resistance to the most common monster removal cards in the format, Kaijus and Raigeki through reviving off of Megalith Emergence; its ability to outgrind the various rank-4 trap decks in the format like Ninja, HERO, or Scrap, through summoning Megalith Bethor every turn; and its ability to play a wide suite of Light/Fairy and Ritual search targets like Artifact Lancea,Cyber Angel Dakini, and Amorphactor Pain, the Imagination Dracoverlord and access the amazing rank-4 pool the format is defined by.
