If going second, I can out most boards with the Kaijus, then use the Thunder Dragon and Invoked engine to combo and win. Also if I can set up Gamciel with Kyoutou Waterfront, then I can negate my opponent's interruptions while I'm doing my combo, and easily win.
If going first this deck can put up a thunder dragon titan, invoked Caliga, or Invoked Mechaba. This isn't a strong going first deck but If it can put up enough interruptions to survive being OTKed it can usually come back to win.
