For this deck to work, you need three conditions to be met:
1. Inferno Tempest in hand.
2. 3000 ATK monster on your opponent's field.
3. Weak monster on your side of the field to run into your opponent's 3000 ATK monster.
With those conditions met, Inferno Tempest can and will banish all of your opponent's monsters in their deck!
The three Necroface in your deck will finish off the rest of the spells and traps in their deck, since the baby will activate 4 times (3 with Necroface, and again when Nyannyan shuffling it back into the deck to banish again).
It's a gimmicky, blind second deck that doesn't always work, but boy is it fun to watch when it pops off!!!
