Fusion Tales of Summer

Hi! In this deck, we will use Fusion Gate to FTK the opponent while finding combo pieces naturally in a way that you feel you were playing in Fusion Gate event. If you don't know how to play Isolde decks, you can check this guide! However, there are few differences from the original guide...

• After Selene#1, Monk won't place Uppercutter + Sparrer. Instead, it will be Makyura to activate Summer later on. Thus, Uppercutter and Sparrer is cut.
• Selene#2 = Selene#1 + Monk + Makyura will be new equation. Ferret will find Lilith + Carboneddon. So, Lonefire + Cattycorn is cut but you can find Gate with Proxy + Saurus. Zealantis = Selene#2 + Carboneddon is your new equation before the reset.
• Rest of guide is quite similar.

Gameplan

1) After resetting the board via Zealantis, activate Lilith to find Chain and Monk to find Mark >>> Temple. Then, activate Temple + Chain.

2) Use Zealantis + Monk/Mark to bring forth Proxy. Activate Proxy to Fusion Summon Saurus. Here, use both abilities of Saurus and Kaitoptera...

• Saurus can directly place Gate onboard.
• Kaitoptera can SS itself thanks to its ability. Also, it can search "Polymerization", which also includes cards named as "Polymerization", namely "Fusion Substitute".

3) Use Kaitoptera to search Substitute activate it to bring forth 1st Mudragon via Saurus and any monster but don't use Level 4 monsters on the field by accident. Then, use Gate to place 2nd Mudragon by using Ferret + Marauding/Forward as materials.

4) With 4 x Level 4 monsters onboard, place Alembertian to search Summer. You can activate it thanks to Makyura. Then, use Substitute in GY to shuffle one of Mudragons from GY back into Extra Deck.

5) If you have done everything right, you should have 5 x Fusion Monsters, ready to be utilized via Gate to win with Summer. Here is how to do:

• 1st Monster: Mudragon = Mudragon (GY) + Aqua-Dolphin
• 2nd Monster: The Dark Magicians = Dark Magician + Monk/Mark (Due to mandatory interaction of Summer, which is reduction of counters, you can also use the draw ability of TDM to thin your Main Deck by one.)
• 3rd Monster: Favorite Hero = Anything onboard (Before using optional draw ability, check if your GY has Warriors to shuffle. If it's less than 5, check if you have to also shuffle Link monsters. If you have to shuffle Links, don't use optional draw ability. Otherwise, you can do this to thin your Main Deck by 2.)
• 4th Monster: Wake Up = Favorite Hero + ALL Warriors but Isolde (This setup is your first mill.)
• 5th Monster: Clock Dragon = Clock Wyvern + Links (After Wake Up, you need to do some calculations. Count how many Main Deck cards you have and if Wyvern is in Main Deck, reduce it by 1. Then, use Link monsters in a way that total Link rating is equal to number of Main Deck cards or one less. If you did everything right, Clock Dragon would mill your Main Deck and you should either have one or zero Main Deck cards.)

6) After the resolution of Clock Dragon, you should win the duel via Summer.

- "Reinforcement of the Army" can be found by completing the tutorial to save 30 UR!

- "Blackwing - Zephyros the Elite" can be collected by purchasing "Blackwing's Pride" Structure Deck to save 30 UR!

- "Zexal Construction" can be collected by purchasing "Zero to Future" Structure Deck to save 90 UR!

- "Dark Magician" + "The Dark Magicians" can be collected by purchasing "Dark Magical Blast" Structure Deck to save 60 UR!

- "Kaitoptera" + "Horned Saurus" + "Favorite Hero Shining Flare Wingman" can be found within "Desire for Change" Timed Pack to save 60 SR and 30 UR!

- "Isolde, Two Tales of the Noble Knights" can be found within "Guided by the Noble Blade" Secret Pack to save 30 UR!

- "Lilith, Lady of Lament" can be either found within "Illusion Beast's Roar" or "Rulers of Darkness" Secret Packs to save 30 UR!

- "Summoner Monk" can be found within "True Awakening of the Oathbound Knights" Secret Pack to save 30 SR!

- "The Man with the Mark" + "Temple of the Kings" can be found within "Infernal Labyrinth of No Escape" Secret Pack to save 30 SR and 30 UR!

- "Neo Space Connector" can be found within "Neo Space Comrades" Secret Pack to save 90 SR!

- "Cursed Bamboo Sword" can be found within "A Dance Dedicated to the Heavens" Secret Pack to save 30 SR!

- "Ancient Cloak" + "Silent Boots" + "Shade Brigandine" can be found within "Indomitable Knights" Secret Pack to save 90 SR!

- "Sublimation Knight" + "Makyura the Destrcutor" + "Summer Schoolwork Successful!" can be found within "Legacy Pack" to save 150 SR!

- "Number 60: Dugares the Timeless" can be either found within "Number Recall" or "The Ultimate Weapon: Flame and Thunder" Secret Packs to save 30 SR!

- "Selene, Queen of the Master Magicians" can be found within "Knowledge of the Mythlords" Secret Pack to save 60 UR!

- "Worldsea Dragon Zealantis" can be found within "Raging God of the Sea" Secret Pack to save 30 UR!

- "Proxy F Magician" can be found within "Songstress of Sorrow Song" Secret Pack to save 30 SR!

- "Primathmech Alembertian" can be found within "Supreme Strike" Secret Pack to save 30 UR!

- "Cyberse Clock Dragon" can be found within "Soldiers from the Storm" Secret Pack to save 30 UR!

- "Wake Up Your Elemental HERO" can be found within "The First Heros" Secret Pack to save 30 UR!

So, in total, you can save up to 540 SR and 510 UR, if you are willing to spend some gems. Other SR and UR cards I didn't mention are essential.
