I personally don't think the birth is necessary, cuz usually it's quite easy to summon the black witch, but you know, never know, u might get stopped then it's the second option u might have or if u have 2 kashtira monster in ur hand.
But as a whole, I think it's a very solid choice to bring the power of fire king out and have more play.
