Fiendsmith Generaider

With the release of ROTA came shadow support for Generaider in the form of QQ Enneagon, a level 9 Fire Dinosaur that I aptly refer to as "Vala 2: Electric Boogaloo".

This card is LITERALLY just Vala, but more generic, which helps the deck with consistency. On top of it functionally being more copies of Vala, it gives the deck another good normal summon in Souleating Oviraptor, which can take full advantage of its search effect. If you're under Droll because of Terraforming or Kuji-Kiri Curse, you can play through it with Ovi by sending QQ to grave, allowing you to still end on at least one Rank 9, which will most likely be Laevatein or Hyperyton.

Of course, as is the case with all my decks, I found niche options to give the deck a bit of spice. In this list, I'm running Mighty Dino King Rex as a brick that can also unbrick a hand. If you open QQ and Souleating with no other level 9's in hand, Souleating can search MDKR to give you a play. If you want to get funnier, you can run Gilasaurus or Doodle Beast - Stego to make Moon of the Closed Heaven to go into the Fiendsmith package.

Now, it is definitely a more expensive engine, as well all know, but it fits perfectly into Generaider. Not only is Desirae a level 9, which makes it a prime World Legacy Monstrosity target, but because it's level 9, you can make Nine-Lives Cat later in the game to revive Desirae and use Sequence's GY effect to attach itself to Desirae. This gives the deck a much needed boost in locking down your opponent on their turn in 2 omni-negates on face-up cards, non-targeted removal of up to 2+ cards and whatever boss you decide to summon, which will probably be Harr most of the time.
