You can run the Dragonlord fusion engine with Antidote Nurse since you have enough level 3s but it turns off your standby phase plays which makes it not super worth it imo. The extra deck is tight enough as is unless you cut down on the Links, which makes D Barrier way more annoying.
You can replace the Droll with Fuwalos, the idea was to have a good budget target for Tempest.
