- Play "starters": Seyfert x3 (Great Normal Summon, search Black Dragon Collapserpent, Link into Striker Dragon, unbrick your hand, etc.) Chamber Dragonmaid x3 (search the Dragonmaid monster reborn), Quick Launch x3 (use this to summon Rokket Tracer, and chain Tracer's effect, but then you can't make Dawn Dragster or Union Carrier)
- "Extenders": Defrag Dragon x3 (if you open with another dragon), Absorouter Dragon x1 (not too many Rokkets in this deck), Galactic Spiral Dragon x2 (Perfect Dragon Ravine or Foolish Burial target), Destrudo x1 (same)
- Monster reborns x7 (World Legacy Succession x2, Guardragon x3, original x1)
Goals of the deck: Make any of the following by the end of the turn: Verte Anaconda (easily) -> Dragun of Red-Eyes, Dingirsu (somewhat easily), Savage Dragon (easily), Apollousa (difficult), Union Carrier (can be tough if you use Rokket Tracer's effect)
Dunno if Glow Up Bulb and Cloak and/or Needlefiber will be banned/limited in the TCG, so I left them out of the deck.
