Our community is in serious need for a Dice's deck building, so this is the best and most-tested composition you might find currently. It's still a meme-tier deck, and has been tested against other meme-tier decks (Jinzo, Ojama, old Toon etc); even still, it's a quite funny deck and can do something against other un-prententious decks. Dice decks are about to receive a MASSIVE support with Beyond the Brave and Original Artwork collections, so this is intended to play in the current condition of the cardpool.
Dice-rolling strategy is control/burn deck intended for blind going-second, even if most of your cards are traps. You will not be able to do much going first, so be aware of it.
I added Sixth Sense and Number 67: Pair-a-Dice Smasher mainly because you'll be likely playing Heart of the Underdog tournaments or casual duel with friends, so it will not be a problem; in any other case, you can take them away and keep the rest. If you keep them: a) Number 67: Pair-a-Dice Smasher benefits most of your dice effects, but more especially prevents bad results from Dangerous Machine Type-6 from affecting you. b) Sixth Sense can benefit from That Six's changes, declaring 6 and either 5 or 1 (1 if you don't wanna mill cards to the grave, but Psychic Rover really wants to be sent to GY). c) Number 67: Pair-a-Dice Smasher can be brought through many ways, in the Dice engine itself, you tribute summon Astra Ghouls, then use both its effects to reborn a monster and to change the level of all monsters you control, if it's 5, you get Pair-a-Dice, otherwise XYZ summon something else; other ways to summon him is by using primite with engine lv5's such as Dice Armadillo or by running 3 copies of Confronting the "C" while going second; otherwise you will not be using much of your extra deck, except as ban-fold for the Pot engine or for link summoning out of Scapegoat (so you may tribute summon them; go for Tri-Brigade Ferrijit the Barren Blossom, Link Spider , Salamangreat Almiraj etc.
For the generic choices:
Garden of Talistones is a good staple because you run 8 continuous traps on Main Deck and depends on backrow. I run one copie but you can run 2 copies as its "show 5 continuous traps" includes showing another copy for the random-searching pool. Because of the Garden's searching effect, I changed Monster Reborn for Call of the Haunted .
Scapegoat serves as bodies for Dimension Dice or link summoning bodies. Forced Requisition and Ebon Sun are staples for a playstyle around Snipe Hunter. He can also discard Psychic Rover to trigger its effects. While Orgoth the Relentless isn't bricky at 3 copies, you can run just 2 and add Maximum Six or anoher copy of Astra Ghouls or Dice Jar .
