(Credit to Triki for helpful tips and tricks. Thanks a bunch!)
(Update-I: After more testing, I felt like I brick a lot with this deck. Thus, I added lots of card draw to compensate. Still viable in Ranked and you can make it within 300 sec time limit because you will thin 54 cards faster than old version of 45 card one.)
(Update-II: Only Extra Deck was updated so that you can find your combo pieces easier than before. Plan is still the same. Just don't target "Number 60", which is a Fiend monster, with "Sentence of Doom" and you will be fine.)
Greetings! May the Panda decks destine you for the victory, and this one is no different. Albeit a bit harder to setup compared to what I've accomplished so far, it's also fun to play with. This deck really teaches you the importance of activating traps even during Draw Phase, that's for certain. Let's start with basics of Synchro Monsters, which are essential for your setup:
- Ancient Fairy Dragon: Special Summons Level 4 or lower monster from your hand. If you didn't start with "T.G. Hyper Librarian", you can pull Panda/Monk to Synchro Summon Librarian later on. If you already have Librarian present, you can pull out level 1 dudes. I prefer to pull out Neko so that I can send it to GY by Synchro Summoning Formula.
- Ravenous Crocodragon Archethys: If you have Neko in your hand, you can send it to GY. However, you need to destroy one card on the battlefield. Also, you can draw cards with Ravenous.
- Martial Metal Marcher: Acting as extender, you need to Special Summon "Formula Synchron" with Martial. Then, Formula + Exodia = Integrator. Next up is Integrator + Martial = Stardust Charge Warrior to draw 2 cards in one shot. You can follow up with Ancient/Accel/Ravenous later on.
Here is the "Synchro Chain Train", where you can summon them a lot to thin your deck by a great margin:
1) If you open up with Monk >>> Panda, this is how you can play with...
- Assuming that you have always spells to draw, this is how: Monk + Tuner = Librarian >>> Tuner + Non-Tuner = Formula >>> Formula + Non-Tuner = Martial >>> Martial brings Formula >>> Formula + Non-Tuner = Integrator >>> Martial + Integrator = Stardust >>> Stardust (Tuner due to Martial) + Non-Tuner = Ancient >>> Ancient pulls Level 1 Tuner >>> Ancient + Tuner = Accel >>> Accel pulls Formula >>> Formula + Non-Tuner = Shamisen >>> Shamisen + Non-Tuner = Cthugua >>> Bring Shamisen back onto the battlefield and shuffle Formula >>> Shamisen + Non-Tuner = Cthugua >>> Cthugua + Cthugua = Number 60 >>> Draw four cards with Number 40!
- Assuming that there is a chance you might brick, this is how: Monk + (Tuner + Non-Tuner = Formula) = Stardust >>> Stardust + Tuner = Ancient >>> Ancient pulls Panda/Monk to continue the chain with Librarian and other Synchro monsters.
2) If you start only with Panda, this is how you can play with:
- Tuner + Non-Tuner = Formula >>> Formula + Non-Tuner = Martial >>> Martial brings Formula >>> Formula + Non-Tuner = Integrator >>> Martial + Integrator = Stardust >>> Stardust (Tuner due to Martial) + Non-Tuner = Ancient >>> Ancient pulls Panda/Monk to continue the chain with Librarian and other Synchro monsters.
Let me share with you some tips and tricks to guide this deck even better:
- After you have played "Into The Void", it's obvious you will send everything in your hand to GY. After Yajiro+Wobby switch via "Geonator Transverser", which will be explained later on, don't send I-N letters to GY at all costs. You can send everything in your hand to GY, which must include Neko. Reason is that "Destiny Board" can't fetch letters from GY, only "Sentence of Doom" can.
- To prevent I-N letters ever going into GY, use "Link Bound" and put them on the bottom of your deck by targeting Saryuja/Geonator.
- After you have used "Allure of Darkness" and "Moray of Avarice" on level 1 dudes, you can refresh your charges for Panda with "Pot of Acquisitiveness".
Well, you draw lots of cards. What should be the final setup, you might ask? Keep reading, for that destiny calls to you...
- Setup your board as illustrated below:

- In case you are wondering, Yajiro was Special Summoned by Saryuja. You have to place him at the center of board or Yajiro will detonate himself.
- Switch places with Yajiro+Wobby as shown. Look at two pictures carefully for steps. Then, set all five traps and end your turn.
- Since "Into the Void" was played and I-N letters are safe thanks to "Link Bound", Neko can go to GY.
- To win with "Destiny Board", you need to have all 5 letters present. This trap card triggers only once during your opponent's End Phase and you can place only one letter. You can search letters either from your deck or hand. Letter placement will follow as F-I-N-A-L. Note that you don't have to place all letters in order, if you want to win, which is where "Sentence of Doom" comes in.
- Unlike "Destiny Board", "Sentence of Doom" allows you to put any letter in any order you wish. However, like "Destiny Board", you are allowed to put only one letter per turn and only once that turn. What's great is that "Sentence of Doom" also searches letters, if they are also in your GY in addition to hand and deck. You are fine to pull letters A-L from your GY. Since you just learned that placement order doesn't matter to win with "Destiny Board", here is the equation for your triumph:
- F (DB) + I-N (DB) + A-L (SoD) = Two turn setup = Win!
- "Powerful Rebirth" is to bring Neko back. Let Yajiro kill Neko twice, so that you can place letters with "Destiny Board" and "Sentence of Doom". Twice per each turn, all letters will come forth. Thus, you win the duel!
- After setting all of your traps, activate them in order on your opponent's turn (Draw Phase). To activate any trap even during Draw Phase of your opponent, change "Activation Confirmation" to "Switch+Hold" and set to "ON" in-game. You can edit to "Switch+Hold" in "Duel" section of settings page. Also, start watching from 13:25 to see it in action for better understanding:

- Powerful Rebirth
- Sentence of Doom
- Sentence of Doom
- Destiny Board
- Repeat the same deal one more time with "Powerful Rebirth" + "Sentence of Doom" to win the duel! Start watching from 15:30 for better understanding. Don't forget to put letters with "Destiny Board"!
