The main question of this deck is: What if Danger! Monsters were never introduced in Yu-Gi-Oh?
The point of this deck is to try and use ways to get around Special Summoning without any Danger! Monsters. As you have multiple ways getting around it (From the Underworld, Zalamander Catalyzer, Genta/Gates of Dark World, multiple draw cards, Dark Corridor), chances of running into a dead draw are unrealistic.
Because Dark World Monsters realy on them being discarded as an effect (and not a cost), Twin Twisters has been replaced with Solemn Judgment, and the Kaijus have been moved to main due to them being Fiends. Because of archetypes and Abyss Dwellers floating around the meta, Dark Ruler No More has been added back likewise into the Side. I like using Dark Ruler No More over Forbidden Droplet or Infinite Impermanence because you don't need to send any cards to your Graveyard and you don't have to think about immediately using the latter during your opponent's turn, and it's safer. Broww is also back into the deck for quickly drawing a card in a pinch.
Unfortunately, Dark World's biggest threats still remain Dimension Shifter and Droll & Lock Bird. Dark World does not like not having a Graveyard, much like how they don't appreciate having their deck searchers or draw power being shut down. However, Card Destruction and Dragged Down into the Grave have been added to get rid of your opponent's Droll & Lock Bird, albeit the former being a huge risk in case your opponent does draw into Droll. Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring can also negate Special Summoning Doomdog Octhros from the deck, although should you have a Triple Tactics Talent in your hand, you should be fine.
I obviously do not expect this deck to be taken seriously, but think of this more as an experiment than anything else. Whether you think it works or not is up to you. Just obviously as long as you don't see a Dimension Shifter or Droll & Lock Bird, you should be fine.
