Man I love this deck. Even through 8 limits and a ban, this deck in my opinion is still an incredibly powerful option and can stand up to the best of the best.
Some quick explainations:
This deck wants to mill a lot. For consistency I wanted to balance the deck between cards that are good to draw, and cards that are good to mill. E.g. the tear names are very good to mill, and OK to draw. Danger Nessie is quite good to draw or mill. Diviner is incredible to draw, but not great to mill. This deck tries to find the balance in that and use as many GY effects as possible to go nuts on your first turn. Jet synchron and destrudo are very useful to make Baronne and Dragite. As long as you mill enough cards you should usually put up an insane board that is very hard to push through.
