The number one issue with Pure Maliss post the YCS Houston Banlist is the consitency. There are way less one card starters, and if Cynet Mining gets Ashed it's basically Game Over. So I decided to embrace the newly semi'd Chaos Black and White Dragons and they made the deck incredibly more consistent AND explosive.
The Name of the game is synergy, instead of Dominus Impulse and Imperm, we're playing the far more affordable normal summonable handtraps like Effect Veiler and Ghost Ogre that can also work as starters for our Chaos Dragons and Bystials through Almiraj. I'm playing 3 Saronir over Lubellion because through it we can get a Magnamhut into grave, and going first Firewall Dragon is always part of our endboard so we can grab back Mag+any other Bystial through the Co-Link effect.
This deck can blast through handtraps pretty confidently, just hold back on your banish effects or normal summon, exhaust your Chaos Dragons first before fully commiting to Maliss or vice versa. This is NOT a defensive deck. It is built to do one thing, break boards and interrupt plays. You want to win by turn 2 or 3, 4 at the absolute latest. It is not a bad idea to blind going second.
