-cards 21-24 are to fusion summon from Extra Deck/Ritual Summon

-cards 25-26 are just to disrupt the opponent (Mystical Space Typhoon)

-cards 27-38 are to draw/aquire attackers

-cards 39-40 are traps that synergize with Blue-Eyes White Dragon

In general, it includes Blue-Eyes White Dragon and many cards that synergise with it, letting you summon it relatively easily, e. g. summoning it from the GY (one of this deck's main strategies).
