Blue-Eyes Primate

Main deck is simple, there's nothing really special except that you're not playing Mulcharmy Purulia. I couldn't find the space for the card and I also think that it's not a good card this format. 1 draw is not worth the Purulia. You'll also see I'm playing only Bystial Magnamhut and no other Bystials, the reason is that while there is tons of targets for Bystials when you go second, there's no space for other Bystials and if they're on things like Crystron or Dracotail, there's a high chance you won't even be able to use 'em, so to prevent that issue I play only Magnamhut since it can search for Beryl (making it kinda necessary) to give you some starting plays when you go second. It's also level 6, meaning that Sage/Maiden + Magnamhut is your Rose Moonlight Dragon which is a free bounce that can also be triggered by your opponent summoning a Dracotail fusion, a Crystron synchro, a K9, a Mitsurugi ritual etc. I also like Ghost Belle since it does stop some things in the format like Mitsurugi ritual monster's GY effect, Yummy Mignon, Yummy synchro monster's recovery, K9 Lupis, Crystron Eleskeletus, Dracotail Mululu's recovery effect etc.

For the extra deck, nothing really special going on here. It's a basic Blue-Eyes control version extra deck (rather then a very vulnerable combo version), you'll see it in tons of Blue-Eyes builds online and in the events.

Usually I don't post side decks, but I feel like I should do it this time. Currently the best decks are Crystron K9, Yummy, Dracotail, Lunalight and Mitsurugi. The side deck given is here to stop all of those. Lancea is for Crystron K9 and Lunalight, preventing them from banishing their stuff and stopping some of their plays. D.D. Crow is here actually for Crystron K9 to hit Smiger before it even activates, Yummy to banish anything Mignong might try to reborn, Dracotail to banish what Arthalion or Mululu target, Mitsurugi to banish Habakiri or Murakamo and for Lunalight to banish Yellow Marten or something Lunalight Tiger targets, or possibly even Silver Hound in some scenarios. Thrust combinations are also simple, you're looking for Dark Ruler no More against Yummy or Crystron K9; you're gonna be taking Feather Duster against Dracotail even when going first, as they'll be setting their Dracotail spells and traps during your turn, and also for Mitsurugi, sometimes even Crystron; you'll take Dimensional Barrier against probably every single deck you face as links are out of the meta with Maliss now losing almost all hope due to the last banlist and DOOD coming out. Evenly is also the best board breaker for you as you don't need your battle phase.

Overall, I really like Blue-Eyes this format. It's not the most expensive deck in the world, it can go from 250-320 $ (for my euro users, that's about 180-230 € in Europe), it can play extremely well around Fuwalos since you play 16 hand traps and play the Primite engine (basically, if they Fuwalos when you get Lordly Lode on the board with Beryl, you can search Drill Beam with Lode and then use Beryl's second effect to send Blue-Eyes to the graveyard in order to reborn it with Lode). Your boards aren't easily breakable by current best decks and post side your deck is basically unstoppable.
