The goal of this deck is to, at the very least, get out Seals, Spirit Dragon and Hope Harbinger with Goliath as the Seals summon target. Hope Harbinger provides battle protection for Goliath while Azure Eyes tagged out from Spirit Dragon provides great effect protection. Timing is important for this as you want to tag out Spirit Dragon when Seals activates its special summon effect after it's been tributed, not when you uses it's bounce effect. Otherwise Goliath wont get protection.
Seyfert and Chaos Space are important as they get you your baby chaos dragons which are, more often than not, necessary. Your good extenders include Noctovision, White Rose and Draco as they're all free special summons. It's also very important to have the Stone of Legend specifically in the GY. Spiral Dragon and/or tempest usually come out at the end of your combo for your last rank 8 which should be Photon Lord most of the time.
