Unstoppable. Untamable. Unextinct.
This is a beginner-friendly Domain Format list built upon a $9.99 MSRP purchase of the Structure Deck: Dinosmasher's Fury. It consists of a $10 upgrade of cards purchased from sites like TCGplayer. (It is unlikely you will find this deck at MSRP any longer because it came out 8 years ago)
Deckmaster: Evoltile Megachirella
Domain Restriction: FIRE // REPTILE // DINOSAUR // DRAGON
List based on my https://ygoprodeck.com/deck/serpentine-sovereignty-464985, editted to have a larger focus on Dinosaurs with a measure for budget.
To create this upgrade, please remove these 15 cards and any duplicate cards from the SD: Dinosmasher's Fury (reference the sidedeck):
Note: 2 cards of the included 41-card structure deck will be duplicates
Next, you will want to buy and add these 52 cards to the deck:

Broad Categories
This simple strategy has cards that fall into three simple categories:
- Dino Beatdown
- Recursion
- Card Access
Reccommended Combo Guide:
Turn 1:

Turn 2:
https://www.duelingbook.com/replay?id=1038951-69271471
What do we want our Deckmaster to do? Evoltile Megachirella
- Turn 1 combo
- Refill XYZ materials
- Provide Ability to discard
- Access Dinosaur Engine ( Xeno Meteorus )
- Provide Spell/Trap destruction on demand ( Evolsaur Diplo )
Our deckmaster is surprisingly more versitile than they seem at first read. The ability to not only start our plays but continue to be extremely valuable throughout the entire game accumulates an unmatched advantage over decks with simple deckmasters.
An underrated part of the deckmaster is access to Evolsaur Diplo, who destroys spells and traps on summon. Use this to destroy problematic floodgates or advantage generators. In addition, we regain this ablity once Evolsaur Diplo is shuffled back into deck by our recursion pieces.
Another target is Evolsaur Vulcano, which can immediatly resummon an evolsaur in our GY to make the Rank-4 Evolzar Dolkka.
Lastly, to synergize with the Dinosaur package, Evoltile Megachirella can summon Xeno Meteorus, destroying a monster summoned by Miscellaneousaurus and accessing synchro plays through that.
Deckmaster Summons:
The refill of XYZ material allows us to revive powerful XYZ monsters from the grave without losing access to their effects.
Many of our cards, like Aleirtt, the Ogdoadic Dark only have effects in GY, so Evoltile Megachirella's discard cost to activate its effects happens to be beneficial.
In a deck like this, a deckmaster like Evoltile Megachirella provides extremely valuable consistency and deck functionality.
The Recursion
- Resummon Ogdoadics
- Return Miscellaneousaurus to the GY using Aleirtt, the Ogdoadic Dark
- Revive XYZ and Refill XYZ materials ( Evoltile Megachirella + Nephilabyss, the Ogdoadic Overlord )
- I.A.S. -Invasive Alien Species- , Dark Hole Dragon , Transcendosaurus Meteorus , Ragnaraika Selene Snapper
This aspect here is the core of the deck. Every time we resummon Nauya, the Ogdoadic Remnant by Keurse, the Ogdoadic Light , we can add an Ogododic Spell or Trap. Aleirtt, the Ogdoadic Dark and Keurse, the Ogdoadic Light are both able to activate effects to special summon themselves from the GY.
Each time we resummon Aleirtt, the Ogdoadic Dark , we can another opportunity to use Miscellaneousaurus by returning it to GY from Banishment. Thus, we can summon yet another Dinosaur to the field every turn.
I.A.S. -Invasive Alien Species- gets out of control very quickly with its ablity to resummon itself, destroy monsters, and increase its attack every turn. Given the plethera of powerful field spells people enjoy playing, this likely happens quite frequently.
Use Number 60: Dugares the Timeless and Nephilabyss, the Ogdoadic Overlord to revive Dragon XYZ from our GY, then refill their materials using the effect of Evoltile Megachirella.
Good Revival Targets:
Our free summons will continue until time ends, and through that, we make sure we always end up ahead every turn rotation.
Dino Beatdown
- big monster (Transcendosaurus Glaciasaurus)
- Search Field Spells ( Horned Saurus )
- Pop/neutralize monsters ( Ultimate Conductor Tyranno )
- Attack modification ( Dinomorphia Rexterm )
- Lasting staying power
Dinosaurs are the second aspect of evolution for reptiles, and as such are much stronger and scarier. Our cards like Ultimate Conductor Tyranno can neutralize boards, Dinowrestler Pankratops can remove threats, and Transcendosaurus Glaciasaurus becomes a pain for our opponents to remove. The fantastic aspect of this deck is its ability to access all of this through Misc!
As I’m sure you’ve noticed, we only have one Miscellaneousaurus. BUT we can access it multiple times using Aleirtt, the Ogdoadic Dark returning Miscellaneousaurus to GY! As we continue to use Miscellaneousaurus, we increase the arsenal of things it can access, and thus gets more powerful
The combos are here:
Using Misc for baby, then NS Deckmaster for Xeno:
[Banish 2]: Summon Petiteranodon who can be destroyed by Xeno Meteorus (who is summoned by our Deckmaster)
Using Misc for Extra Deck plays (after reshuffling key pieces of combo):
[Banish 4]: Summon Evolsaur Lios or Kaitoptera or Dinomorphia Therizia to summon Evolzar Solda or Horned Saurus or Dinomorphia Rexterm respectivly.
Example Combo for Turn 2 return Miscellaneousaurus to GY:
https://www.duelingbook.com/replay?id=1038951-69271471
The endboard monsters:
- Ultimate Conductor Tyranno // Transcendosaurus Glaciasaurus
- Dinomorphia Rexterm
- Cosmic Slicer Zer'oll
- Evolzar Solda // Evolzar Dolkka
- Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon
Strange Stand-alone cards
These cards may seem off at first glance. Here are their reasons for inclusion in this deck:
Tips
- You don't like your Ogdoadic recursion pieces getting banished from the GY, so chain a revival spell to the banish to deny that. As a bonus, you can still activate their effects on summon even if they aren't summoned by their own effect!
- Horned Saurus can set a field spell from the GY as well as from Deck, so don't feel bad if you need to discard Lair of Darkness. Similarly, Kaitoptera can add Polymerization from GY, so Polymerization can be discarded if need.
- Be careful not to overuse the deckmaster Evoltile Megachirella. Discard fodder and life points are both finite, and this deck does not have in-combo ways to efficiently generate more of either. There are a total of 4 targets you can reasonably summon using it.
- Early access to Raika no Kurokamitsuki will ensure peace of mind against any continous spells/traps your opponent may attempt to keep around. This card can ensure consistant access to a spell/trap destruction effect by reviving itself from the GY. In a pinch, you can NS the deckmaster for fodder to activate its revival effect.
- You will need to massively alter your combo lines if you draw Animadorned Archosaur. Perhaps try to access King of the Feral Imps to search Nauya, the Ogdoadic Remnant in that scenerio.
- Between Lair of Darkness [ Horned Saurus ], and Dogoran, the Mad Flame Kaiju [ Souleating Oviraptor ], this deck has plenty of accessible ways to remove threats that cannot be destroyed by card effects or targetted.
- Leaning on your varied recursion pieces to play an attrition gameplan should be the overall goal. The boards that this deck can make are not impressive on their own.
