I'm honestly not all too sure how this deck functions.
It basically dies to any handtrap so it really isn't meta, but I've had quite a bit of fun with it against opponents that didn't play meta or 19 million negates.
Honestly, if you have any idea on how to improve this deck then please feel free to tell me as it tends to brick every now and then (It's rare, you almost always get something done if you can actually get a combo off, but the scenarios definitely still exist).
Don't be shy on pointing errors out, this is the first time I've built a deck that isn't just every card of an archtype slammed together.

Dude if you want to win against meta play zoodiac tribrigade – there is even an infinite negate combo with that and zoodiac can easily get 2 beast warriors on the field with chakanine. This also allows you to add zeus to the deck
if you want to win just play dragon link
*forgets the other meta decks*
@Toon Lord wow you stole my quote
I’m not all too interested in winning vs the meta honestly, though thank you for your recommendations. I am mostly interested in maybe making this work a bit more smoothly than it currently does (I’m not unhappy with it’s performance, otherwise I would not have posted it here) so if there are any cards that should/could be replaced without actually changing the entire theme of the deck then I would love to know them (I have only just returned to Yu-Gi-Oh! and haven’t done anything ever since pendelums were first released)
that’s ok, i can’t really give much for suggestions for simorgh since i used them badly in the past, but for tribrigades i suggest when you get the chance to run the newer tri monster as it’s able to summon shuraig easier, also run apex avian as a target for bird of sovereignty
just play zoodiacs

Hey as someone who is trying to make this deck combination work out, I’ll give a couple of my thoughts:
*I don’t think the Dangers are not overall too helpful for this deck, but that could just be personal preference. Using just the Tri-brigades and Simorghs tends to get me plenty of material for combos
* I’d say cut Bird of Protection as it is easily the worst simorgh, as it is a very weak normal summon and does nothing on turn 1. I’d say running other backrow hate like Twin Twisters, or even Simorgh Repulsion would be better.
* Absolutely run 3 Onslaught, it is one of the most powerful cards in the deck, especially if you discard Nervall.
* Id personally say to run 3 of Fraktall, Nervall, and Bird of Calamity.
* Some cards to add for summoning of Bird of Sovereignty could be Mist Valley Apex Avian and Dark Simorgh. They are also level 7 winged beast so they are easy to tribute summon with Onslaughts gy effect and trigger Simorgh of Darkness in the GY
* I would personally cut the Rescue Cats (as they aren’t too helpful as they only have one target and only really get you a link 2, which you can get in several other ways) and Tri-Brigade Oath as it is a pretty mediocre trap.
* For the Extra Deck I’d recommend Linkuriboh (gets Nervall or Bird of Beginnings to the GY), Salamangreat Almiraj (Same deal but also works with Bird of Begnning), Fire Fighting Darma Doll and Harpie Conductor for generic Link 2s the deck can summon
Hope this is helpful!
