The main strategy of the deck is to go first and hopefully end on a normal monster (Berserker of the Tenyi) to activate the effects of Flawless Perfection and Fists of the Unrivaled Tenyi, as well as some combination of your other boss monsters (Sahasrara, Calamities, and the Yang-Zing synchros). Vanity's Ruler acts as the deck's primary normal summon to lock down your opponent. On the following turn, attempt to OTK with Draco Berserker and your other high attack Wyrm monsters. The 4 True Kings allow the deck to go into Calamities if need be, however this engine can by cut for other cards such as 3 Mystery Shell Dragon and Nidhogg Generader Boss of Ice.

While I definitely think this is an interesting concept, I’m not sure the addition of True Kings would make it more consistent. Adding True Kings would require you to have them in hand while you either control or have in hand a Tenyi monster of the same attribute, which, while possible, is not very likely, and will lead to more bricked starting hands.
