Superheavy Samurai (TCG)
Deck Primer
Strategies:
In conclusion:
OTKs very consistantly, but struggles a lot in link format. Tranporter and Helper are just useless and it hits the deck harder than it really should. The new coming support is neat, so I would look out for that if you wanna build a deck.
I hope you have fun :)
- Drum: Generic lv. 1 Tuner, can be a good comeback in clutch situations if you just set it ace-down
- Battleball: Can throw off some big plays of your opponent if you are going second, non-destruction but targeting though, lv. 2 is a very good lv for that
- Trumpeter: You will only use the special summon effect tbh, just a free tuner to go into synchros
- Gigagloves: Very underestimated card I feel, the kind of search is good but the graveyard effect is AMAZING (atk is 0 forever)
- Soulpiercer: Very versatile, equip it to monters before synchro, summon it and tribute it with soulpeacemaker its just so much search power
- Big Waraji: Generic free summon, good to go into steam train king
- Transporter: Another free summon, but you only wanna use his effect on drum, gigagloves, soulpiercer or helper and ONLY if you have enough things to destroy them that turn
- Magnet: May seem a bit slow for the deck but you have to consider its basically a free feather duster if going into ogre shutendoji
- Scales: Offers very good recovery, wouldnt use it for plays and keep it on my hand for clutches(except if you are pretty sure you are going to win)
- Soulshield Wall: The 1200 makes steam train king a 6k beater --> use it on a lower level synchro, negate an attack, go into higher synchro next turn
- Soulbuster Gauntlet: You wont believe it but this thing OTKs out of freaking nowhere (dont use equip at all)
- Soulhorns: Another good OTK help, cards like kyubi just reap through your opponents monsters with that thing. Also good free lv 1 to round up some lvs
- Helper: First effect is only effective with big boards, second effect can throw off opponents boards heavily (like with ogre shutendoji)
- Soulclaw: Another special summon to round up levels, makes steam train king a lot easier because his level is awkward for the archetype
- Soulpeacemaker: Can correct a lot and provide GY setup or searches with e.g. Soulpiercer
- Steam Train King: The destroy effect is just a worse twin twister but can b deadly if you have the right cards in your hand, second effect basically destroys half of most deck's GY setups
- Warlord Susanowo: Good to summon if your opponent has staples in his GY like twin twister or idk mirror force if youre playing casually
- Beast Kyubi: Gets to 5k in no time and it isnt unusual that it reaches 7k, good OTK tool
- Sarutobi: Good monster to close turn with, quick effect is awkward for the opponent
- Stealth Ninja: Its just too beefy to not destroy it with card effects, so it will sometimes stay the whole game
- Ogre shutendoji: Just a feather duster... I mean do I have to say more? Just good, go into higher synchros though, because he will get demolished next turn
