This was my very first Deck I built not sure how well it would hold up in real life tournaments but it did get me to the finals in a online tournament type deal. But ever since then i have made a few changes to make it better. Still Accepting Suggestions

Anyway The Point of this Deck is to try and Get your Silent Magician on the field that can negate spells once per turn as well as your boss monster which would be lv 8. She is also got a handy effect that if she is destroyed by battle or card effect you can Speciel Summon a lv 8 to the field from your deck or hand.

And you can use the traps and stuff to try and protect said deck from its weakness which is mainly traps. If you can get Royal Decree down it is a Good Continuous trap to keep your opponent from activating any traps on you. Only Downfall is it prevents you as well.

But the Traps in this Deck can be used to try and keep traps from harming you and attacks till you can get set up. Anyway as i said this is my first deck i built custom and it got me to the finals on a Tournament Online. Also if anyone has any suggestions to help make it more efficient i would greatly appreciate it.

There are some easy to play extra deck monsters that would beef this out nicely, specifically Crowley and Hip hoshiningen, as well as the new breaker link that fits nicely. This is very solid otherwise, though you may want to skew toward spells over monsters in a spellcaster deck. Cut out breaker and chaos, as well as the normals and lady bug of doom, and throw in some spellbooks to thin out the deck, secret village to further lockdown. If you want to keep it old school, a copy or two of jinzo isn’t a bad side options, with fewer traps to tech in the hand trap cards or spellcaster support spells

    Keep up the fun design!

    Extra Deck Monsters:
-Crowley, the first propheseer: makes high level spellcasters faster and grabs spellbook spells
-Hip Hoshiningen: Adds ATK to LGHT monsters, recoverys LGHT on Death
-Daybreaker the Splendid Magical Knight: Breaker but LGHT, a link monsters, and can blow up anything on your opponents field

Spells over Monsters: spells are not once per turn, normal summoning is, so more spells = more effects to pop off on your turn. Spellbooks, specifically Knowledge, Secrets and Power are all good for spellcasters in general, Light of Redemption is good for your deck, same with Photon Lead. Secret Village of spellcasters fits with spell lockdown, which Silent decks are good at
