Scrap Dinosaurs - January 2022

The goal of this deck is to get Ultimate Conductor Tyranno out as fast as possible, while using other monsters in the deck's toolbox to protect it and negate any possible plays by the opponent. Use the "Scrap" monsters to get Synchro monsters. Take advantage of the "Giant Rex" floating effect, allowing for quick rank 4 plays.

This is an alternative version of the Dinosaur deck that does not include the "Destiny HERO" engine, for those who do not want to use it. If cost is a constraint, one can use the PSY-Frame engine to replace some other hand traps in the deck (Note that a level 3 tuner must be run at all times if you opt-out of Ash).

The most potent combo in this deck involves either a Turn 1 play with "Lost World", or Turn 2 play with only "Scrap Raptor".

• Activate "Lost World"


• Summon "Scrap Raptor" and destroy him using his own effect, adding "Scrap Chimera" to the hand


• Normal Summon "Scrap Chimera" and use its effect to summon "Scrap Raptor" from the GY


• Link into "Scrap Wyvern", use his effect to Special Summon "Scrap Raptor", then destroy "Scrap Raptor" and the "Jurraegg Token" using that same effect.


• Use the effect of "Lost World" to destroy a Baby Dinosaur or Overtex Qoatlus in the deck instead. Use their effects accordingly.


• Use the other effect "Scrap Wyvern" to special Summon "Scrap Golem" from the deck.


• Use "Scrap Golem" to Special Summon "Scrap Raptor" from the GY


• Link into "Crystron Halqifibrax" and Special Summon "Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring"


• Synchro Summon "Borreload Savage Dragon" and equip "Scrap Wyvern" to it from the GY
