Obviously not the most meta thing on here, but for those of us on a budget, it should suffice. In general, the idea is to Link Summon as much as possible to get out powerful monsters, usually the Link-4 Borrel Dragons. Each one has its own form of protection and its own unique effects, so they're great in various situations. You'll typically want at least one of the Borrel Dragons in play, usually Borreload or Borrelsword, backed up by a Rokket or two and a few other Link Monsters. This deck is also capable of Synchro Summoning, so I've included Borreload Savage Dragon and Scarlight Red Dragon Archfiend, two of the best Level 8 DARK Dragon Synchros in the game. If possible, you'll also want to get out Savage Dragon as an added measure of defense. Ultimately, your goal is to beat your opponent down with continuous Borrel fire!
Whatever you open with, try to forge a clear path to a field of big monsters. A good opening card is Starliege Seyfert since you can use it thin your deck by one card and still get Striker Dragon out, which then leads to more shenanigans with Rokkets in general.
