This deck takes the tributing and swarm element of Qlis and combines it with the extra tributing of True Dracos, who benefit off of the Qlis.
The deck is fairly straight forward to play, which will play based on what is available. Ideally, Dragonic Diagram is always used to set up for getting out either Dynamite Knuckle or Master Peace, depending what is missing, and can unclog hands of dead cards such as Summoner’s Art if one already has Scout and Monolith out of the deck.
The Qlis provide ideal easy summon material for True Draco effect tributes via normal summoning without tributes on the Qli, then using a True Draco S/T to summon out cards.
Not only that, but if the material is Qliphort Carrier or Helix, the player can from the tribute return a targeted enemy monster to hand (excellent extra deck and high lvl tributed monster removal) or destroy a targeted enemy S/T respectively. With the presence of the True Draco traps that are easily searched off Dynamite, this can lead to disrupting enemy fields on their own turn!
Because the Qlis are Pendulums, tributed materials can return to the field with a Pendulum Summon, providing even more materials for tribute summons, or used for swarming for damage.
Qliphort Stealth and Scout provide extra damage and effects as well if they tribute a Qli, or can simply be used as material if helix or carrier is not available, or for swarming with a pendulum summon.
As one may expect out of Qliphorts, Scout and Monolith are used for card search, summoning and draw power, with Summoner’s Art available to get them sooner, as that search can be incredibly useful.
Master Peace provides Qlis with essentially a pseudo Aqoqplihort Towers, though with the difference that its immunities are based on the cards tributed and that their removal is targeted and chosen by the player with a cost that is relatively negligible.
This deck also works fantastically with cards such as Re-qliate and Vanity’s Emptiness, as the deck will only special summon from a Pendulum Summon or Revival of the True Kings (though that effect is rarely used in practice) and Re-qliate does not affect your own summoned True Dracos as they are tribute summons. Master Peace plus Re-qliate can provide strong control over the enemy and immunity at a low resource cost.
It should be noted that Dimensional Barrier can be used, then the various removal options provided to possibly remove enemy cards that now no longer have an immunity.
The extra deck is a toolbox of mostly Rank 6 and 8 that can be summoned off the Qlis and Dracos if there are no Pendulums in your Pendulum zone, which can be removed with Helix or a True Draco Spell Card if necessary. Generally however these are only summoned as per necessity or if the player deems it optimal based on the enemy deck.
The side deck provides for a few other options, such as adding Da’at to complement Master Peace as a boss monster. However it is only kept in the side as most enemies read card effects and thus won’t fall for the bait. However if they do, options are provided in the extra deck, which can be edited at a players choosing. Solemn Strike/Warning is a replacement for Dimensional Barrier in decks where that may be more useful, such as main deck focused decks. Qlimate Change is provided as a card such that once Link Summoning becomes a mechanic, the Qlis may still be swarmed out as they were returned to the hand for their Pendulum Summon. The Ghost handtraps are provided for specialised scenarios, though note also that Ghost Reaper targets can also feasibly be summons for Da’at.
