Our prayers had been finally answered. As for the first time ever, we get real support for the gods themselves. However one thing is to be clear: the boar named "Gullinbursti" is possessed by Freyr (the god of fertility), and made by the sons of Ivaldi. To it's dismay, the golden boar is very effective at what it is suppose to do (special summon from Hand, and recover a Nordic monster from the GY). Not to mention that since it is a beast monster, it fits well in the Tri-Brigade package that offers expandable ways to get to Thor or swarm your board. The reason that there isn't a whole lot to say about Ivaldi though, is because he himself just searches a Nordic relic on Summon (or special summon if you control a Nordic monster). The Tri-Brigade package fits well with Thor's branch of the Nordic/Aesir archetype as not only they are capable of synergy with the Nordic Beast; but also speak for themselves as they did what they always do best. To my surprise, the real MVP of the Tri-Brigade archetype this time around was "Rugal the Silver Sheller". What he does basically is Special summon a (beast/beast-warrior/winged beast) monster from your GY during your opponents turn. This is very effective as to say that you have the new Nordic Relic (Svalinn) on the field, and Thor in your GY; this gives you the opportunity to tribute one of your Nordic beast to your GY to special summon Thor from your GY. As for the rest of the deck, "Tri-Brigade Revolt" still holds title as the most situationally important piece of the deck. However this time, I included a Sky-Striker toolkit due to the importance of a card called "Sky-Striker Mecha - Eagle Booster" (a card which basically protects your monsters from everything that isn't a Kaiju for a turn). Also included is Triple Tacitcs Talent as hand traps are still the forefront cornerstone to modern Yu-Gi-Oh antics (plus Draw power and hand information is bretty important). For the Extra deck, there isn't whole much to say about it as nothing really changed outside of adding in Thor and Gullveig to the Extra Deck for the Nordic engine to take its course.
