You can target 1 WATER monster in your GY; You cannot Special Summon monsters the turn you activate this effect, except WATER monsters, also apply 1 of the following effects.

● This card's Level and Name becomes the same as the target until the End Phase of this turn.

● If "Umi" is on the field, you can Special Summon it in Defense Position.

You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 "Umi" in your GY; Add it to hand.
