Place 1 counter on this card each time a monster(s) is Special Summoned.
Once per turn, if a monster is Special Summoned: You can remove all counters from this card (min 7), then target 1 monster your opponent controls; Take control of it. There must be a "Ursarctic" Synchro Monster on the field to activate this effect.

Once per turn: You can pay 700 LP; Apply 1 of the following effects.
● Add 1 "Ursarctic" Monster from your GY to your hand.
● Tribute 2 "Ursarctic" Monsters, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Ursarctic" Monster from your Extra Deck, whose Levels equals the difference of the 2 Tributed monsters, ignoring its Summoning Conditions.
When your "Ursarctic" Synchro Monster is destroyed in battle by your opponent's attack: You can make your opponent shuffle cards from their hand, deck and GY, until total number of cards among them equals 7.
