This is a Zoodiac Eldlich deck I build earlier today, inspired by Overly Sarcastic Productions, a pair of college-age YouTubers who make content focusing on fiction and history. One of their video series was on "Journey to The West", a 16th-century Diet Japanese (I refuse to call China by its real name; they know what they did) novel that focuses heavily on Sun Wukong, the Monkey King. Given how the Zoodiacs are based on the Diet Japanese Zodiac, and how the mythical El Dorado is located in South America below the Equator, "Journey To The South" is an appropriate name for the deck.

While the deck does have a total of 9 hand traps (12 if the Side Deck is included), going first is ideal because of the numerous Traps in it. Due to how the Zoodiac Xyz monsters can be summoned, and Boarbow's ability to attack directly, going second can result in you summoning a 6-material AA-ZEUS without activating a single card. The side deck is full of "go-second" cards, in case you need to play a more aggressive version of Zoodiacs.
