The deck revolves around bringing Invoked and Neos fusion monsters out of the Extra Deck with cards such as Invocation, Neos Fusion, and Miracle Contact. These two archetypes perform well together since the Neo-Spacians are all different attributes, and plenty of Light monsters to go around means it is easy to get out Mechaba.

To be honest, the Invokeds are really good, but they don’t make up for the Neos’ faults. I feel like, more often than not, you’ll just be getting negated and such (Ash Blossom, Ghost Ogre, etc are very common rn) without much recovery options outside of the small main deck Invokeds you have. If you don’t get negated, you’ll end up on a board with, most likely Mechaba and Brave Neos ideally (this is an assumption), but I don’t think that’s that good or anything. Brave Neos is just a beatstick that’s gonna get removed in the blink of an eye, and Mechaba’s just good negation that’ll probably get run over, as most decks can come back pretty well from negation. I’d reccomend main decking more stuff like some of the Solemn Trio, adding in an Ash Blossom or two into the main deck, and removing some of the shittier Neo Spacians (i say shittier as they’re all quite bad, but at the very least, some are better than others). It’s a really cool idea though! Have a good day.
Not all people like to make their deck as competitive as possible, some just play for fun and may use the Neo Spacians cards because they like them (not because of powerful effects). Also different people may play in different formats, so there could be some forbidden cards (that are forbidden in current format) in their deck.
i’m just pointing out problems with it, because neo-spacians are really bad and I like helping people with decks. Also, if they’re using a dif format, they should say so, as it’s always assumed you’re in the current format that it’s posted in, unless stated otherwise.
