This card is unaffected by your opponent's monster effects. If this card is Special Summoned: You can add 1 "Piercing the Darkness" from your Deck or GY to your hand. Once per turn, when a Spell/Trap Card is activated (Quick Effect): You can shuffle 1 Fusion Monster on the field into the Extra Deck, then you can target 2 Normal Monsters that are banished and/or in either GY; Special Summon both monsters, 1 on each field.

Trivia: This monster card effects are also based on Kaiba vs Yugi duel in episode 134. This basically a Dark Paladin to make it search Piercing and to shuffle a Extra Deck monster back similar to "De-Fusion".
Additional card tips:
1. This card can search Piericing the Darkness so you can have it on your field.
2. When Piercing the Darkness is on your field, you can use its last effect to summon a Normal Monster so you can draw 1 card.
3. Piercing can cause an OTK by boosting this monsters ATK.
4. Piercing and the use of Super Magical Fusion can make the OTK more effective so you can disrupt Spell Cards or their effects (due to Super Magical Fusion) also while Paladin is unaffected by monster effects.
