Custom Archetype: Fusion Equips (sorta)

I had this idea recently about an archetype that is all about tossing some archetypal equips to the GY and summon an appropriate fusion from the Extra Deck (1 specific equip for 1 specific ED monster fashion), which in turn floats back to the equip if destroyed. All this via a field or continuous spell, maybe both. Might start making these (if I am not too lazy), but how does such an idea sound, ranging from worthless to busted?

I like the idea. It can be kind of like noble knights. There are a few warrior fusions that could use this mechanic if retrained or something.
