Floowandereeze Dogmatika
Deck Primer
So i finally return with a more updated build of my previous Floowandereeze Dogmatika build.
A fair bit has changed since the previous format, but i will included a brief outline of the decks key themes as well as my changes.
The ratio of 2 Empen, 1 Raiza and 1 Apex I believe is still correct. 2 Empen is great when you need to stop decks reliant on their link monster effects to be able to play (Prank Kids, PK, Tri-Brigade and Striker), and always being able to search a second is always handy in case they are able to get through both statue and the first copy for special summon decks in general. 1 Raiza is enough with careful management to loop itself and your opponents cards back, especially if you have Unexplored Winds up. 1 Apex is a looping negate which makes the deck really strong.
The Dogmatika package has lost 1 copy of Nadir to the banlist, and 1 of the 2 copies of Punishment in my previous build, mainly as the Floowandereeze engine has much more consistency now and i require a backup plan less of the time.
The main deck does not feature Shifter or and handtraps because the deck has plently of board breaker/force negate options thanks to Nadir, Book Of Moon, Raigeki, Harpie's Feather Duster and dare i say it Mystic Mine. Shifter conflicts with the Dogmatika engine as well as being useless in an ever increasing number of mirror matches. Book Of Moon acts to prevent veiler/imperm negating vital Floowandereeze plays as well as trading off negates going second. Nadir is useful for baiting Ash as well as proving an option for Empen to normal summon Ecclessia in case you cannot get Barrier Statue out (or game 2/3 versus the mirror). Raigeki, Harpies and Mine also force negation or break boards. Being able to get rid of Mine naturally makes it great to stall until you have the resources you need.
A lone copy of Judgement in the main deck is there to prevent Droplets/DRNM/Raigeki/Lightning Storm from stopping Empen/Statute
Nothing has changed in the ED. Everything is very Dogmatika related bar Assembled Nightingale + Zeus package. Verdant is there on rare occasions to summon Baronne and posdibly opposing Apex/Raiza.
Side deck choices are simple. Dark Simorgh for Eldlich and other backrow heavy decks. D-Shifter VS everything except the mirror. Night Beam is my interesting tech choice. Being able to pick of set Dreaming Town in the mirror can really be useful, but can used against Sanguine in Eldlich as well. Twin Twisters would result in discarding cards which isn't always the best option and Cyclone allows the likes of Dreaming Town to be recovered more easily with Toucan, being sent to grave means it has to banish itself via it's second effect or be banished by Stri. Also cards like Sanguine can simply be activated in response to it.
An additonal copy of Raigeki and Mystic Mine for combo/monster heavy decks, Triple Evenly for the mirror and any deck after you bait negations, 2 more Solemn for going 1st after siding and Macro Cosmos for a permanent D-Shifter.
