This deck uses the Legendary Decks II Yugi deck as a base.
I checked every DM episode and movie appearance of Yugi's cards on the YuGiOh Wiki, cataloging in Excel the number of duels/battles each card was used in. (Uses included seeing a card in Yugi's hand, but didn't include only seeing a card during deck-building.)
Wanting to keep the Exodia pieces in the list, I chose some of the cards he used most often, selecting retrained versions where applicable.
I focused Yugi's deck to have a lot of card draw and search effects to evoke the feeling of the heart of the cards.
