The name all in its own shows what the main strategy is but if you guys do not know what it is, here is the strategy:
The best way to make a combo is if you have the recommended cards: Yosen Training Grounds, Fire Princess, Dark Room of Nightmare, Spring of rebirth, and another yosen or spirit monsters that can return to either your or the opponents hand.
Next, when your monsters that are return to your hand, you would be really vulnerable to attacks so that is why mirror force and other protection cards are in there (it is okay if you had more protection)
That is basically the strategy: Gain Life Points and while you gain life points, your opponent is dealt damage while your life points are climbing.
