Power: Low Rogue (5.8/10) - Upgraded from Flavor into a functional Kuriboh Link-control deck. It keeps Yami Yugi's small-monster survival identity, with Level 1 engines, hand traps, and Link payoffs. It stays Low Rogue because Kuriboh cards are defensive bodies, not a fast engine.
Consistency: Decent. Where Arf Thou?, One for One, The Flute of Summoning Kuriboh, Mystic Piper, Kinka-byo, Dotscaper, Multiply, and Scapegoat give several ways to find or convert Level 1 monsters. Awkward hands still happen because the deck keeps a high Kuriboh count.
Ceiling: Moderate. Multiply, Scapegoat, Kinka-byo, Dotscaper, and Monster Reborn can turn tiny monsters into Linkuriboh, Relinquished Anima, I:P Masquerena, Knightmare Unicorn, Ningirsu, Borreload, Borrelsword, or Mekk-Knight Crusadia Avramax.
Recovery: Solid. Kinka-byo repeatedly revives Level 1s, Kuribohrn rebuilds Kuriboh bodies from the GY, Linkuriboh can return by tributing another Level 1, and Monster Reborn gives extender or boss revival.
Going first/second: Better going first with Linkuriboh, I:P lines, Infinite Impermanence, Effect Veiler, D.D. Crow, and battle protection. Going second, Anima, Knightmares, Ningirsu, Borrelsword, Dark Ruler No More, Evenly Matched, Cosmic Cyclone, and Feather Duster help simplify boards.
Choke points: Remove Kuriboh before Multiply resolves, stop Where Arf Thou? or One for One, banish Kinka-byo targets, or interrupt the Link climb after Multiply or Scapegoat commit bodies.
Key cards: Kuriboh, Multiply, Flute, Kuribohrn, Kinka-byo, Mystic Piper, Dotscaper, Relinkuriboh, Scapegoat, Monster Reborn, Linkuriboh, Anima, I:P, Ningirsu, Borrelsword, Avramax.
Key combos: Kuriboh plus Multiply creates Link material. Scapegoat turns into Link Spider, Linkuriboh, Knightmare, I:P, or boss lines. Kinka-byo revives a Level 1 each turn. Dotscaper adds an extra body when sent to the GY. Kuribohrn can rebuild after attacks for a follow-up Link climb.
