Yami Yugi - Attack the Moon Onomat [Low Rogue]

Power: Low Rogue (7.4/10) - This is now TCG-legal and Link Evolution-pool friendly. The deck is cleaner after losing illegal Block Dragon and Abyss Dweller, but it drops from High Rogue because it no longer has Block Dragon's explosive resource loop. It remains a real non-meta threat through Onomat consistency, Koa'ki Meiru Guardian interaction, Rank 4 utility, and Utopia Double OTK pressure.

Consistency: Strong. Onomatopaira, Onomatopickup, Utopic Onomatopoeia, Dodododwarf Gogogoglove, Zubababancho Gagagacoat, Gogogo Giant, Reinforcement of the Army, Foolish Burial, and Monster Reborn give the deck many ways to assemble two Level 4 bodies. Doki Doki still supports the EARTH Rock side without asking the deck to become a full Block Dragon shell.

Ceiling: Moderate to strong. The best hands make Utopia Double into Utopia pressure, Bagooska to stall, Gallant Granite to access Rock follow-up, Number 60: Dugares for draw/revive/burst lines, or Borrelsword to close after the Rank 4 engine has forced trades. Attack the Moon! plus Book of Moon keeps the anime reference alive while giving the deck cute spell/trap removal lines with Rock monsters.

Recovery: Good. Gogogo Giant revives Gogogo bodies, Dodododwarf can revive itself after an Onomat summon, Zubababancho revives Gogogo or Dododo monsters, Daigusto Emeral recycles resources, and Monster Reborn or Dugares can convert the GY back into pressure.

Going first/second: Flexible, but slightly better going second into simplified boards. Going first, Koa'ki Meiru Guardian, Bagooska, Book of Moon, and Called by the Grave give interaction. Going second, Utopia Double, Borrelsword, Exciton Knight, Tornado Dragon, Cowboy, Twin Twisters, and the side deck help break or steal games.

Choke points: Stop Onomatopaira or Onomatopickup before they assemble names, remove Utopic Onomatopoeia before Zubababancho extends, banish Gogogo Giant or Dodododwarf targets before revival effects resolve, and interrupt Utopia Double before Double or Nothing! turns into lethal pressure.

Key combos: Onomatopaira discards a card to search two different Onomat names, usually pairing Utopic Onomatopoeia with Dodododwarf or Zubababancho. Utopic Onomatopoeia plus Zubababancho makes an immediate Rank 4 and can revive a Gogogo or Dododo body. Gogogo Giant revives a Gogogo monster for Rank 4 material. Utopia Double searches Double or Nothing! and upgrades into a lethal Utopia swing. Book of Moon can trigger Attack the Moon! when it changes one of your Rock monsters, giving the deck a flavorful way to pressure backrow.
