Power: Low Rogue (7.5/10) - Fully TCG-legal and still inside the Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution card pool. Lair Infernoid is a real control shell, but the Ra, Sphere Mode, and Lava Golem package deliberately keeps the deck character-first rather than pure Infernoid efficiency. The current list also forces Reasoning and Monster Gate to one copy each, so this stays Low Rogue instead of moving higher.
Consistency: Strong, but not flawless. Void Vanishment, Infernoid Decatron, Ahrima, Lair of Darkness, Terraforming, One for One, Lilith, Trap Trick, and Void Feast give the deck several ways to find either the Infernoid line or the Lair control line. The Ra cards are kept compact so they feel like Marik's payoff without clogging every opener.
Ceiling: Moderate to strong. Void Feast can turn a live Void spell/trap into multiple Infernoid bodies, Decatron sends the right Infernoid for removal or pressure, and Lair of Darkness turns tribute effects into interaction. Sphere Mode and Lava Golem break creature-heavy boards, while the original Winged Dragon of Ra remains the dramatic finisher rather than the whole game plan.
Recovery: Solid. Infernoids convert graveyard setup into recurring summons, Decatron keeps giving access to the correct Infernoid effect, Void Vanishment finds follow-up, and Lair tokens help rebuild tribute pressure. The deck is still vulnerable to graveyard hate, and losing the Void spell/trap before Feast resolves can slow the entire engine.
Going first/second: Flexible. Going first, set up Lair, Lilith, Trap Trick, Void Feast, Vanishment, or Decatron and force the opponent through Infernoid removal. Going second, Sphere Mode, Lava Golem, Super Polymerization, Evenly Matched, Dark Ruler No More, Harpie's Feather Duster, and Twin Twisters give the deck real board-breaking tools.
Choke points: Stop Void Vanishment before it searches, remove the face-up Void spell/trap before Void Feast can send it, interrupt Decatron before it copies an Infernoid, and keep Lair of Darkness off the field so Lilith and Diabolos lose their tribute leverage. Graveyard disruption is also strong once Infernoids start committing resources.
Key cards: The Winged Dragon of Ra - Sphere Mode, The Winged Dragon of Ra, Lava Golem, Lair of Darkness, Lilith, Lady of Lament, Ahrima, the Wicked Warden, Darkest Diabolos, Infernoid Decatron, Infernoid Harmadik, Infernoid Patrulea, Infernoid Devyaty, Infernoid Onuncu, Void Vanishment, Void Imagination, Void Feast, Reasoning, Monster Gate, One for One.
Key combos: Vanishment discards to search Void Feast or Void Imagination. Void Feast sends a face-up Void spell/trap to summon Decatron plus Infernoids from the Deck. Decatron sends Harmadik, Patrulea, Devyaty, or Onuncu depending on the needed removal. Ahrima or Terraforming finds Lair, then Lilith can tribute DARK monsters to access Trap Trick or Void Feast. Sphere Mode and Lava Golem clear opposing monsters, then Ra becomes the identity payoff once the opponent's board has been softened.
