CONTEXT: I initially posted this Deck and pasted 4+ pages of text which broke the page (the "Read More" button literally disappeared), so I am posting this in 2 parts to make it shorter and keep things easier to digest and read.
For the Main Deck Monsters: 3 Prediction Princess Tarotrei, 1 Prediction Princess Tarotreith, and 3 Prediction Princess Bibliomuse. Tarotrei can Quick Effect flip a monster on field face-up or face-down and she can Special Summon a Flip Monster from hand or GY face-down during your End Phase. Tarotreith must either be Ritual Summoned or Special Summoned via Tarotrei's effect in the End Phase. Her Flip Effect Special Summons a Flip Monster from your Deck face-downn and she can also Quick Effect flip any number of your monsters face-up or face-down. Bibliomuse can Special Summon herself back face-down after being Tributed and sent there. Her Flip Effect adds a Prediction Princess monster other than herself and a Ritual Spell from Deck to hand and while she is face-up on the field, your Ritual Monsters gain targeting and destruction protection from your opponent’s card effects. 1 Deus-X Krawler which negates all activated monster effects on your opponent's side of the field after it has been flipped face-up and if it is destroyed on field, you can search for a Level 9 monster with a different Type and Attribute. 1 Pot of the Forbidden which has a Flip Effect that lets you choose between Drawing 2 cards, returning all Spell/Traps on the field to the hand, destroying all monsters your opponent controls, or looking at your opponent's hand and shuffling a card from it back into the Deck. Moving into the Union Monsters, they all have the Union Monster effect that is a soft once per turn effect to either equip them to an appropriate monster you control or unequip them to Special Summon themselves and if the equipped monster would be destroyed, you destroy it instead. 1 Union Driver who can, while equipped to a monster, can banish itself to equip an appropriate Level 4 or lower Union Monster to the monster it was equipped to. This card basically allows you to get around Union Hangar’s restriction of being unable to Special Summon the Union Monster you equipped by its effect. 1 B-Buster Drake which non-opt adds a Union Monster from Deck to hand if sent from the field to the GY. This card is nuts for being able to basically infinitely search for Union Monsters as long as it’s sent from the field to the GY. It doesn’t play a role in the Prediction Princess combo the Deck has, but it is here for the non-Ritual combo. 3 X-Cross Cannon which is not a Union monster. It can Special Summon itself from your hand if you control a LIGHT Machine Fusion or Union Monster and you can equip a LIGHT Machine Union Monster from your Deck to it, being treated as being equipped by that card’s effect at the cost of LIGHT-locking you from the Extra Deck. 1 Y-Dragon Yearhead which on Special Summon, can equip a Level 4 LIGHT Machine monster from hand or GY to it, LIGHT-locking you from the Extra Deck. 2 Z-Zillion Tank which on Special Summon can equip a banished LIGHT Machine monster to itself, LIGHT-locking you from the Extra Deck in doing so. And finally, 1 Torque Tune Gear which is a Level 1 LIGHT Tuner Union Monster. When it is equipped to a monster, that monster becomes a Tuner and gains 500 ATK/DEF. Its Level is really important for making Ib and the other Synchros, but you could use it to get a Level 4 Tuner to go into a Level 8 Synchro, but with us being LIGHT-locked, there aren’t that many great LIGHT Level 8 Synchro Monsters in the game.
Spell/Traps: 1 World Legacy Monstrosity which either Special Summons a Level 9 monster from hand or targets a Level 9 monster you control to Special Summon 2 Level 9 monsters from your Deck with a different Type and Attribute but with different names. It is searchable off of Ib, so we just need the 1 copy in the Deck. 1 World Legacy Succession which targets a monster in your GY and Special Summons it to Linkpoint. This is a secondary target in Deck to search off of Ib and it potentially allows you to bring back Hyper Dragon Cannon if you Linked it off. 1 Terraforming. 3 Union Hangar which adds a LIGHT Machine Union monster from Deck on activation and once per turn if a LIGHT Machine Union monster(s) is Normal or Special Summoned to your field, you can target and equip 1 of them with an appropriate LIGHT Machine Union monster with a different name from your Deck but that monster cannot be Special Summoned this turn. 3 Pot of Prosperity. 3 Pre-Preparation of Rites which searches a Ritual Spell from Deck and a Ritual Monster from Deck or GY whose name is mentioned on that card. 3 Underworld Ritual of Prediction which can Ritual Summon a Prediction Princess Ritual Monster from hand or GY face-up or face-down and you can banish it from GY during the Standby Phase to Special Summon a non-Ritual Prediction Princess monster from Deck face-down. 2 Prediction Ritual which can only Ritual Summon Prediction Princess Tarotrei, and you can banish it from GY except the turn it was sent there to search for a Prediction Princess monster. 1 Instant Fusion for Master of Ham. 1 Silhouhatte Trick to set off of Rabbit. It Special Summons itself as a Level 4 DARK Illusion Effect Monster with 1500 ATK and 600 DEF and its effect on Special Summon allows you to target face-up cards your opponent controls, up to the number of Illusion monsters you control to negate their effects until the end of the turn which totals to 2 counting both Rabbit and this card. Also, it has the non-battle destruction effect of Illusion Monsters. And finally, 3 Infinite Impermanence.
Extra Deck: 1 XYZ-Hyper Dragon Cannon. It is the Level 9 monster we are utilizing today. It is a Level 9 LIGHT Machine Fusion Monster that requires X-Cross Cannon, Y-Dragon Yearhead, and Z-Zillion Tank as material, and it must first be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by banishing those cards from your field and/or GY. As a soft opt during your opponent’s turn, it can quick effect discard a card to target a card your opponent controls and destroy it. And as a non-opt, it can banish itself from field or GY and reveal a Level 8 LIGHT Machine Fusion Monster in your Extra Deck to Special Summon up to 3 of the monsters who are mentioned on it from GY and/or banishment. That second effect is better off being used in actual A-to-Z Union Decks. 1 Union Controller which is a Fusion Monster that requires a LIGHT Machine and either Y-Dragon Yearhead or Z-Zillion Tank and must also first be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by banishing those cards you control. If it is Special Summoned from your Extra Deck, you can search for a Spell/Trap that mentions “Union monster” in its text. And as a soft opt, you can Special Summon a LIGHT Machine Normal or Union Monster from your hand. This card is crazy as it literally searches Union Hangar and can get a Union monster out even after you’ve already used your Normal Summon. 1 Master of Ham which can Special Summon a Flip Monster from hand or Deck face-down on Fusion Summon. 1 Chaofeng, Phantom of the Yang Zing. The effect we are using it for is its effect to prevent your opponent from activating monster effects with the same attributes as the Yang Zing monsters used for its Synchro Summon while it is on the field. It is a Level 9 Synchro we can go into with Denglong or we can use it as an alternative Level 9 to go into. During the Ritual combo of the Deck, when you have only Ib and X-Cross Cannon on the field, you can choose to not activate Cannon and Synchro into Chaofeng and activate Monstrosity targeting it. In this case, you are not yet LIGHT-locked and are able to make Mereologic Aggregator sending Herald as we are still playing it anyways. You can choose to cut Herald, Aggregator, and Gravity Controller for cards like Zeus, Nine-Lives Cat, and Gravity Controller if you want to. 1 F.A. Dawn Dragster which once per turn reduces its Level by 2 to negate the activation of your opponent’s Spell/Trap Card or effect and destroy it. 1 Ib the World Chalice Justiciar which searches a World Legacy card from Deck on Synchro Summon. 1 Denglong, First of the Yang Zing which adds a Yang Zing card on Synchro Summon which is the Nine Pillars in the Side Deck. If you feel like having Chaofeng and Nine Pillars on field is better for the match-up, just side Nine Pillars in. 1 Herald of the Arc Light which searches for a Ritual Monster or Ritual Spell from Deck if sent to the GY. 1 Mereologic Aggregator. 1 Laevateinn, Generaider Boss of Shadows and 1 Jormungandr, Generaider Boss of Eternity. 1 Knightmare Gryphon which can discard a card a target a Spell/Trap in your GY on Link Summon to set it, but it cannot be activated this turn, and if it was co-linked on activation, you can draw a card. And while it is on the field, Special Summoned monsters on the field cannot activate their effects unless they are Linked. 1 Platinum Gadget which can Special Summon a Level 4 or lower Machine from your hand to one of its arrows and it cannot be used as Link Material the turn it is Link Summoned which is not a problem as we can banish it for Union Controller. 1 Silhouhatte Rabbit which has the non-battle destruction effect of Illusion monsters and on Link Summon, it can set a Continuous Trap from your Deck that can Special Summon itself as a Monster, but it makes Rabbit unable to be used as Link Material for this turn. And if a card in the Spell/Trap Zone is Special Summoned to the Monster Zone, you can target and destroy an opponent’s Spell/Trap. And finally, 1 Gravity Controller.
Side Deck: 3 Kashtira Fenrir, 1 Called By the Grave, 2 Lightning Storm, 1 Harpie’s Feather Duster, 3 Dark Ruler No More, 3 Evenly Matched, 1 Nine Pillars of the Yang Zing which is a Counter Trap which can negate the activation of a Spell/Trap Card or monster effect while you control a Yang Zing monster and shuffle that card back into the Deck and destroying another Yang Zing card you control, and 1 Angel Statue - Azurune which can be Special Summoned as a LIGHT Level 4 Fairy Effect Monster with 1800 ATK/DEF and when your opponent would Special Summon a monster(s) while it is in the Monster Zone, you can send a Continuous Trap in your Monster Zone that was Special Summoned from the Spell/Trap Zone to the GY to negate the Summon and destroy those monsters.
