The main point of this deck is to have "world legacy world monstrosity" in your hand and "world legacy guardragon Mardark" on the field to summon gears.
Use "evening star" and "world armor" to bring "monstrosity" and "mardark" to your hand.
Use the spells and chalice engine to bring two normal monsters in the hand/grave to summon mardark
Use lib for succession, to bring mardark and/or armor to the field.
there are two garnets in this deck, "dues ex Krawler" and "Knightmare incarnation idlee" but do not worry if you have one in your hand. Either by discarding one of them for succession, or tribute summoning, you can still use monstrosity.
