Exodius? Venus? Transmodify? Shine Balls? What are you talking about? We out here in 2023 playing Prediction Princess in World Chalice. The Level 9 monster that we are taking a look at today is World Chalice Guardragon Almarduke, the good counterpart to a fellow Level 9 monster, World Legacy Guardragon Mardark. Almarduke is a Level 9 WIND Dragon monster which is a good target on field for World Legacy Monstrosity, but we aren't playing Monstrosity in this Deck. You definitely could, but I feel like it limits you way too much. If you were playing Monstrosity and were actively relying on it, you will be ending on absolutely nothing if you don't draw it. Think about what a World Chalice endboard looks like: Tri-Gate Wizard, an Apollousa with some number of negates, Firewall Dragon (?), maybe an Extra Link? Do you really think that we can accomplish all of that considering that almost half of our Deck is dedicated to Prediction Princess plays? This Deck plays similar to Sigrun Prediction Princess where your entire combo focuses on Diviner of the Herald. But in this case, you need both access to a Normal Monster on field without using your Normal Summon and Diviner of the Herald. Your Normal Monster goes into Imduk the World Chalice Dragon while you Normal Summon Diviner, sending Trias Hierarchia from Deck to GY. Hierarchia tributes Diviner to Summon itself from GY, and Diviner activates as it was Tributed to Special Summon Lee the World Chalice Fairy from your Deck. Lee triggers on Special Summon to add a World Legacy - "World Chalice" from Deck to hand. Using your extra Normal Summon from Imduk, you Tribute Lee to Tribute Summon World Chalice. At this point, you can send a monster from hand to add Lee back from GY. Then, you Link off World Chalice and Imduk for Auram the World Chalice Blademaster. You could go into any Link-2 but all of the World Chalice Link Monsters can Special Summon a World Chalice Monster from hand if sent from field to GY which can give you more material. If you have a World Chalice in hand or added back Lee, Imduk can Special Summon that monster from hand. And World Chalice activates to Special Summon 2 World Chalice monsters from Deck which can be any 2 monsters as long as 1 of them is World Chalice Guardragon (if you didn't draw it). Coincidentally, you can chain block World Chalice with Imduk, so that is also a positive. Next, you can Link off your World Chalice monster and World Chalice Guardragon to go into any Link-2, but let's say Lib the World Key Blademaster in this situation. Lib can set World Legacy Succession from Deck and it can be activated since World Legacy - "World Chalice" is currently in GY. (Note: If you set World Legacy Monstrosity with Lib's effect, it cannot be activated even if you have World Legacy monster in GY because it's a Quick-Play Spell.) You can then activate Succession to bring back any monster from GY to Linkpoint for extra material on field. Next, you can banish World Chalice Guardragon from GY to Special Summon a Normal Monster in GY in Defense to Linkpoint. Next, you Link off that Normal Monster for another Imduk the World Chalice Dragon, giving you your 3rd Link Monster on field. You can now Tribute Auram the World Chalice Blademaster, Lib the World Key Blademaster, and Imduk the World Chalice Dragon to Special Summon World Chalice Guardragon Almarduke from Extra Deck, giving you your second Level 9 monster on field. Next, you overlay Almarduke and Hierarchia on field to make Mereologic Aggregator which sends Herald of the Arc Light from Extra Deck to GY for a Ritual search. Aggregator then targets Herald in GY, detaching 1 material to attach Herald from GY to itself. Link off Aggregator and the monster you previously Special Summoned back from GY with World Legacy Succession to go into I:P Masquerena. Herald hits the GY again for another Ritual search. You do need to have access to either 1 Ritual Spell, 1 Ritual Monster, or a Bibliomuse to go through the whole combo, but that is very likely with the ratios that we are playing in this Deck. So yeah, that is the convoluted combo to get to a Prediction Princess combo using World Chalice cards. It surprisingly is not that difficult to pull off, and it works quite well. Is the investment worth it? Probably not. But who is going to actually play World Chalice Prediction Princess anyways. This is just me experimenting with different Level 9's.
Main Deck Monsters: 3 Prediction Princess Tarotrei, 1 Prediction Princess Tarotreith, and 3 Prediction Princess Bibliomuse. Tarotrei can Quick Effect flip a monster on field face-up or face-down and can Special Summon a Flip Monster from hand or GY during the End Phase. Tarotreith can be Ritualed or Special Summoned with Tarotrei. On flip, it can Special Summon a Flip Monster from Deck face-down and it can Quick Effect flip any number of your monsters either face-up or face-down. Bibliomuse can Summon itself back from GY if it is Tributed and sent there. On flip, it can add a Prediction Princess monster other than itself and a Ritual Spell from Deck to hand, and while face-up on field, it gives your Ritual Monsters targeting and destruction protection from your opponent's effects. 1 Deus-X Krawler which negates the activated effects of all monsters on your opponent's field after it has been flipped face-up, and if it is destroyed on field, you can search for a Level 9 with a different Type and Attribute than it. 1 Trias Hierarchia which can Tribute a Fairy to Special Summon itself from hand or GY. 3 Diviner of the Herald which can send a Fairy monster from Deck or Extra Deck to GY on Normal or Special Summon, and if it is Tributed, you can Special Summon a Levle 2 or lower Fairy from hand or Deck except for itself which gets you to Lee the World Chalice Fairy in this Deck. For the World Chalice monsters: 1 Beckoned by the World Chalice, 3 Chosen by the World Chalice, 3 World Legacy - "World Chalice", 3 Lee the World Chalice Fairy, and 1 World Chalice Guardragon. Beckoned and Chosen are your Normal Monsters in this Deck. Beckoned can realistically be any Level 4 or lower Normal Monster in the game, but I am opting to play a World Chalice name just in case you draw it as you can Special Summon it from hand by the effect of a World Chalice Link Monster when its sent from field to GY. Chosen is a Psychic monster which means that you can go into it with Emergency Teleport which is a way for you to access a Normal Monster without using your Normal Summon. World Chalice can Tribute itself if a monster is Special Summoned from the Extra Deck to send that monster to the GY. We aren't actually using this effect because it isn't sticking on the field usually. But if you bring it back with World Legacy Succession in the combo I mentioned earlier, you can keep it on field, and instead, Xyz Summon Aggregator into the EMZ to Link it off for Gravity Controller after you've done your Herald shenanigans. You don't get the ability to go into I:P Masquerena for an S:P Little Knight on your opponent's turn, but it is an alternative play you can do, especially if you banish I:P or S:P for Prosperity. But more importantly, if this face-up Normal Summoned/Set card leaves the field, it can Special Summon 2 World Chalice monsters from Deck. You are always using it for this effect to extend your combo, and to get necessary World Chalice names out of the Deck into rotation like Guardragon for example. Lee can add a World Chalice monster from Deck to hand on Normal or Special Summon. You are always searching for World Chalice unless you already have it in hand, and if that is the case, then you can add any World Chalice name to hand as it really does not matter after that. And if it is in GY, you can send a monster from hand or field to GY to add it back to hand. This is actually very important as you need World Chalice monsters in hand if you want to make the most out of your World Chalice Link Monsters as they all can Special Summon a World Chalice monster from hand when sent from field to GY with it not being once per turn. World Chalice Guardragon has 1 effect that we are focusing on, and that is its GY effect. You can banish it from GY to target a Normal Monster in GY and Special Summon it in Defense to a Zone a Link Monster points to. This getting you a Normal Monster is how you are always accessing your 2nd Imduk the World Chalice Dragon for your 3rd Link Monster for Almarduke. You only need 1 because it is searchable off of Lee if you already have World Chalice in hand and World Chalice can Special Summon it straight from Deck.
Spell/Traps: 1 World Legacy Succession which Special Summons a monster in GY to a zone a Link Monster points to. You can search this off of Lib the World Key Blademaster, but drawing it in your starting hand doesn't hurt as it is an extender that you didn't need to search for. 2 Unexpected Dai to Special Summon a Level 4 or lower Normal Monster from Deck if you control no monsters. I did say that you always want to have a way to get a Normal Monster onto field without using your Normal Summon. So why am I only playing 2 Dai? It's because it really hurts to draw 2 or more copies of it. We already are playing 3 copies of Emergency Teleport for the same usage, to get a Normal Monster onto the field without using our Normal Summon, and that does not have a restriction, nor is it once per turn. Also, we are playing 1 copy of Called by the Grave to have the potential to insulate ourselves against something like Ash Blossom or Droll, and if we were to cut something to play Called by, it would most likely be the 3rd Unexpected Dai eitherway. 3 Pot of Prosperity. It is good to have a chance of searching Diviner or a way to access a Normal Monster, especially through a card like Prosperity, but you do have to be careful about what you are banishing from your Extra Deck as were are playing a decent amount of cards necessary for our combo. Now, if you were to go with the First of the Dragons line to get an additional Level 9 onto the field, then, you wouldn't have to worry too much, but if were were to go for the World Chalice Guardragon Almarduke line, then, I would say otherwise. 1 Instant Fusion to access Master of Ham. 3 Underworld Ritual of Prediction which can Ritual Summon a Prediction Princess Ritual Monster from hand or GY face-up or face-down and you can banish it during the Standby Phase to Special Summon a non-Ritual Prediction Princess from Deck face-down. And finally, 3 Infinite Impermanence. And when it comes to World Legacy Monstrosity, I am not playing it, but that doesn't mean that you shouldn't play it. You can play 1 copy in case you draw it and it targeting Almarduke gives you a lot of material to work for, but I guess you would have to adjust your Extra Deck a little bit to include Laevateinn, Generaider Boss of Shadows and Jormungandr, Generaider Boss of Eternity to have more Rank 9 options to go into for interruption.
Extra Deck: 1 World Chalice Guardragon Almarduke which requires 3 Link Monsters as Fusion Material, but you can also Tribute the Fusion Materials from your field to Special Summon it from your Extra Deck. It's effect really doesn't matter much, but I guess it is somewhat relevant that it can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each, and that is not bad, especially with it having 3000 orignal ATK. 1 First of the Dragons which needs to be Fusion Summoned with 2 Normal Monsters and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. It's unaffected by other monster's effects and it cannot be destroyed by battle except with a Normal Monster. It is a Level 9 DARK Dragon monster, and you can Fusion Summon it in this Deck with Proxy F Magician, so in case you can't get to Almarduke for some reason or don't feel like going into Almarduke for whatever reason, you can just finagle your combo to get 2 Normal Monsters on field along with Proxy F to Fuse into First of the Dragons to get your other Level 9 to overlay with Hierarchia to go into Aggregator. 1 Master of Ham which Special Summons a Flip Monster from Deck face-down on Fusion Summon. 2 Herald of the Arc Light which searches a Ritual Monster or Ritual Spell when sent to GY. 1 Mereologic Aggregator. 1 S:P Little Knight. 1 I:P Masquerena. 1 Proxy F Magician. It can Fusion Summon using monsters from your field as Fusion Material and if a Fusion Monster is Fusion Summoned to a Zone it points to, it can Special Summon a monster with 1000 or less ATK from hand. 1 Knightmare Phoenix. 1 Auram the World Chalice Blademaster which needs 2 World Chalice monsters, and its effect on field really doesn't matter, but it can Special Summon a World Chalice monster from hand when its sent from field to GY. 1 Lib the World Key Blademaster which can only be Link Summoned while you have a World Legacy card in GY and you can set a World Legacy Spell/Trap from Deck but it cannot be activated this turn unless you have a World Legacy monster in GY. You will have a World Legacy monster in GY in this Deck in World Chalice, and you will always be getting Succession as an extender. 2 Imduk the World Chalice Dragon which needs a Normal Monster as material and it gives you an extra Normal Summon of a World Chalice monster once per turn, and it Special Summons a World Chalice monster from hand when sent from field to GY. Finally, 1 Gravity Controller.
Side Deck: 3 Thunder King, the Lightningstrike Kaiju, 3 Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring, 1 Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit, 1 Droll & Lock Bird, 2 Crossout Designator, 2 Dark Ruler No More, and 3 Evenly Matched.
