Hey it's Brick Eyes hooray.... but wait this one doesn't even brick that much and focuses on the well rounded With Eyes of Blue Strategy. It therefore skips on many popular choices but that makes it much more versatile. Let's go into more Detail:
Start With Eyes of Magic
The Goal of this Deck is to use the "With Eyes of Blue" cards to it's maximum to gain advantage. These cards focus on targeting your own Monsters to gain further advantage. You will also shuffle Blue-Eyes White Dragon into your Deck often to be able to keep using your mill effects which makes Blue-Eyes Jet Dragon a no go for this strategy. But were do we even Start? Let's take a look at the LV1 tuner Monsters.
If you or the opponent targets Priestess with Eyes of Blue she can send an effect Monster to the GY to search any 2 Blue-Eyes Monsters from your Deck. Normally you search the OG Blue-Eyes White Dragon and Blue-Eyes Alternative White Dragon. Like that you already have one Blue-Eyes Monster on your field quickly. In a following turn you can shuffle a Blue-Eyes Monster from the field into the Deck to resummon her from the GY. This 2nd effect doesn't come up very often since she can only use 1 effect per turn. It does have very nice Combo Potential with Blue-Eyes Solid Dragon which I will explain further below.
Maiden with Eyes of Blue is the other Monster which wants to be targeted by Card effects or by an attack. If that happens you can summon one Blue-Eyes White Dragon from your Hand, Deck or GY without any cost. If the opponent attacks her she also changes her Battle Position on top of the summon effect. So how do we target these 2?
Protector with Eyes of Blue is one of many options to achieve that. When you normal summon him you can special a LV1 Light Tuner from your Hand. And you can also target one of your effect Monsters, send it to the GY and special summon one Blue-Eyes Monster from your Hand. He's especially nice to follow up with Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon since you can easily keep field Advantage with him.
Master with Eyes of Blue is similar. On normal summon you can return a LV1 Light Tuner from your GY back to the Hand. If he's in the GY you can shuffle him back into the Deck, then target one effect Monster and send it to the GY and then summon any Blue-Eyes Monster from your GY other then the sent Monster.
Finally Sage with Eyes of Blue can on normal summon search any LV1 Light tuner from Deck to Hand. Even better is it, to discard him from your hand to target and send one effect Monster to the GY and then summon any Blue-Eyes Monster from the Deck.
All these effects are a "and if you do" type of effect, so be sure to not target the same Monster twice for sending or you won't get both effects.
So these 5 Monsters already offer a great starting point but that's not all. This Deck has many starting points which you can combine in one form or another. Majesty with Eyes of Blue sounds strange but it does target and mill any Blue-Eyes Monster from the Hand or Deck to the GY. And as a quick play spell it can also be used to interrupt the opponents attack if necessary. It does prevent the targeted Monster from attacking permanently after all.
Vision with Eyes of Blue is a newer "With Eyes of Blue" card which really helps out a lot. It easily specials any Monster you desire from your hand and can target and return to hand your Monsters too, activating the Priestess and Maids effect in the Process. It can help out a lot in setting up your Board every turn as long as you have cards in your Hand. Also you can only activate this card once per turn but the effect itself is a soft once per turn. If you manage to have multiple Copies of this card active you unlock some serious loop Potential with Dragon Spirit of White and Blue-Eyes Solid Dragon.
Be sure to use Bingo Machine, Go!!! to easily search for Vision with Eyes of Blue or your very useful Fusion Spell Ultimate Fusion or one of your Blue Eyes Monsters. A pretty versatile card which can help out a lot.
The field Spell Mausoleum of White is even more useful since it enables an additional Normal Summon for a LV1 Light Tuner and can target them or any other Monster from you by milling one Normal Monster from the Hand or Deck. That will also give a nice 800 ATK/DEF Boost to the targeted Monster. You can also banish this card from the GY to search your in archetype Raigeki in the form of Burst Stream of Destruction (Could also be searched with a 33% Chance with Bingo Machine, Go!!!). The Mill effect is yet another Soft once per Turn so feel free to activate 2 Copies of this card in one turn and mill again. Combining this card with Beacon of White is also deadly since you can easily get an 3800 ATK Blue-Eyes White Dragon onto the field which attacks at least 2+ times. (From my experience it's 5 to 6 attacks normally).
All in all getting started is quite easy within this Deck. Next up how about some payoffs?
Continue With Eyes of Victory
Your go to Bossmonster most of the time will be Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon. With him you get 3000 DEF Wall which prevents the Special Summon of 2 or more Monsters at once, can negate a effect which activates in the GY and can tribute himself anytime to get out Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon from the Extra Deck. That guy is yet another 3000 DEF Wall which prevents targeting and destruction of Dragons you currently control until the end of the next turn. During your Standby Phase he can revive a Normal Monster from your GY too including Dragon Spirit of White.
These 2 Synchro bosses form the Base ressource loop of your Deck. By far not unbreakable but also quite formidable to this day. From this point you go into your 2 Main Board Breaker Bosses.
Blue-Eyes Twin Burst Dragon can attack up to 2 Monsters with 3000 ATK and can't be destroyed by Battle. Any Monster he Attacks which is not destroyed by that Battle will be Banished after Damage Step. This is finest non targeting Removal to get over pretty much everything.
Thunder End Dragon is the other 3000 ATK threat. By detaching 1 XYZ Material you can destroy all other Monsters on the field. Thanks to Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon your Dragon Monsters won't be harmed by that effect opening up an easy OTK line with Beacon of White after that.
The Eyes of many Options
Unlike many other Blue-Eyes variants you play quite a few options in here to spice things up. Let's start with the Monsters. Blue-Eyes Solid Dragon is a rather unusual choice especially in an day an age were Blue-Eyes Jet Dragon exists. He turns out to be the perfect option to be summoned from anywhere. On summon he can negate the effects of one of the opponents Monsters permanently. If the opponent activates anything you can shuffle him back into the Deck to summon one Blue-Eyes White Dragon from your Deck instead. Perfect since Priestess with Eyes of Blue can keep shuffling the summoned Blue-Eyes back into the Deck with her GY effect and as for example Sage with Eyes of Blue can keep summoning the Solid Dragon back from the Deck after that. This is a quite easy to achieve loop that threatens 5500 Damage every turn with a Monster negate on top of it. Also if he's in the Hand and you have Vision with Eyes of Blue active twice you can loop this nasty Dragon every turn. He's a answer to many problems this Deck would otherwise have and for that I like him.
Dragon Spirit of White is simple. He banishes on summon 1 Spell or Trap from the opponent and can tribute himself to special one Blue-Eyes White Dragon from your Hand. Since he's being treated as a Normal Monster Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon can keep summoning him back from the GY thus forming another loop in this Deck. With Vision with Eyes of Blue you can use this effect even more often.
There are 3 different Ultimate Dragons in your Extra Deck to choose from. All need Ultimate Fusion to be summoned in this deck which shuffles Blue-Eyes White Dragon back into the Deck in the process. The OG Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon is the strongest non effect Monster which exists in all of Yugioh. He makes up for the most optimal Beacon of White target possible.
Blue-Eyes Alternative Ultimate Dragon is the best Tower option. He comes with built in Targeting and Destruction protection and can destroy up to 3 Cards the opponent controls but cannot attack the turn you use that effect.
Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon is the most interesting of the three. If he's the only Face Up card you control he can attack up to three times by milling Blue-Eyes Fusion Monsters from your Extra Deck. The reason you play him 3 times is his secondary effect. If a Blue-Eyes monster is targeted you can banish him from the GY to negate and destroy that card. With him alone you have an easy OTK line hiding in your Extra Deck.
The earlier mentioned Beacon of White is another hidden treasure. It comes with a hefty bunch of downsides: Only 1 Beacon can be active, 3 Blue-Eyes Monsters have to be in the GY to activate it, the reborn Monsters effects are negated, only it can attack and if the Beacon leaves the field that Monster is banished. But there's one little detail not many know about this card. The revived Monster can attack a number of times equal to the amount of Blue-Eyes Monsters in your GY. And this is not just against Monsters but general. Imagine a 4500 ATK Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon which can attack 10+ times easily. A very dangerous card for sure. From my experience I can tell that this card is absolutely worth it.
The Eyes of Problems
As good as all of it sounds your plays are quite limited into OTK lines only but in the right hands it's certainly better then your average Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon beatdown deck and looking at Master Duel you get swiftly to Platin League with it (Diamond is kinda a stretch with it). Non targeting removal does hurt this Deck a lot. You do have to replace Blue-Eyes Alternative Ultimate Dragon since he does not exist in Master Duel but something like Underworld Goddess of the Closed World is always nice to be played instead.
You will sometimes find yourself in Situations with no Outs against certain Cards the opponent is using. A Blue-Eyes Deck wants to overwhelm the opponent with strong beaters and a good Monster ressource Loop but that's about it. Finest Kaiba Style Gameplay.
The Eyes of Final Words
This Deck is a bit unusual. I don't play the all stars of Blue-Eyes many other's use, since they are to easy to out and to Bricky in my eyes. This Deck is consistent and strong in this shape and form. Give it a try if you like pure Archetype Decks or if you like to play a more simple type of Deck. I do find myself having fun to simply beatdown the opponent with pure Strength sometimes.

With Eyes of Rules
Below I will list some not so obvious rulings about some of these cards:
Blue-Eyes Alternative White Dragon: Revealing one Blue-Eyes White Dragon and Special summoning this card is not treated as an effect.
Master with Eyes of Blue: His 2nd effect resolves after he's been returned to the Deck which makes interacting with his effect more difficult.
Blue-Eyes Twin Burst Dragon: You can send Face Down Blue-Eyes White Dragon's to the GY to special summon this card.
