Witchcrafter Dracotail (April 2026) (GENESYS)

Since Dracotail is severely hampered with immense points cost with the current GENESYS points list, it needs another non-pointed engine that serves an interruption, generates fusion material and provides card advantage. It turns out that the cards that best fit that criteria are the Witchcrafters!

These magnificent mavens are centred around Witchcrafter Vice-Madame, who serves as a targeting destruction, a summon of a Witchcrafter from deck and a recovery from the graveyard all at once! They are easily summonable in Dracotail, which has no shortage of spellcasters to serve as Vice-Madame's fusion material. 

This strategy also abuses the strength of the often overlooked card "Verre Magic - Lacrima of Light" which can summon Crowley, the Gifted Magistus from deck! This enables access to Aiwass the Magistus Spell Spirit (targeted steal) and Zoroa, The Magistus Verethragna (monster negate + destroy). 

These Witchcrafter and Magistus cards enhance the power and consistency of an already powerful Dracotail deck, rendering the deck not only playable in it's weakened form, but competitive as well!
