Well, here's a deck many of us haven't seen in a while: Burning Abyss Kaiju!
Because the deck uses Kaijus, it is meant to go second every single time. Your goal is simple: Get rid of any problematic monsters with your Kaiju cards, while also making your normal plays with your Burning Abyss monsters. Because BA is possibly the most xenophobic archetype in Yu-Gi-Oh, you absolutely
cannot have the Main Deck BA monsters and Kaijus out without also controlling Cherubini, or Fiendish Rhino Warrior.
However, if you need to go first, you're not totally screwed. You can use Cherubini and IP: Masquerena to link summon Mekk-Knight Crusadia Avramax. There's only so much your opponent can do against a Link 4 that can't be targeted or destroyed by card effects, and will destroy most Special Summoned monsters by battle. And even if your opponent does send it to the Graveyard, you can shuffle a card on the field into the deck without targeting!
I named this deck "Who Will Know", after the theme song of Shin Godzilla, the antagonist of the 2016 movie
Shin Godzilla. I actually watched this movie about a month ago, and it was one of the best Godzilla movies I've ever seen, so I made this Burning Abyss Kaiju deck in honor of it. I'm not gonna give any spoilers, but Shin Godzilla is quite possibly the creepiest design that the Big G has ever had! He looks like he just crawled out of Hell, so it was kind of appropriate.
In addition to that, the movie does have quite a bit of blood and grotesque imagery, including a scene where small Godzilla-human hybrids are seen
growing out of Shin Godzilla's tail. So if you're a fan of body horror, monster movies, or just the king of monsters,
Shin Godzilla is the movie for you!
