The "True Dracos" are a powerful archetype that can Tribute Continuous Spells and/or Traps, as well as Monsters, to normal summon themselves, and their archetypal backrow are stellar as well, in addition to being highly searchable by the monsters, they also have very good floating effects. The True Draco/King Spells destroy a Spell/Trap when sent from the field to the GY, and the Traps destroy a monster instead, however, because these cards destroy a card on the field, you can use them to trigger Blue-Eyes Jet Dragon.
Jet Dragon is an excellent card, it protects all your other cards from being destroyed by your opponent's card effects, can bounce a card when it battles, and is highly recurable. We can splash Jet Dragon in, along with some supporting cards, like The White Stone of Ancients and Dragon Shrine, though the is the unfortunately necessary brick in Blue-Eyes White Dragon.
The Extra Deck is mostly just good targets for the floating effect of Metaltron XII, the True Dracombatant, which you can play, as it cheats out a non-Light or Dark monster, except a Link, from your Extra. However, if you chose not to play Metaltron, you can take them out for other staples or duplicates.
