This is pretty much a standard VW deck with the addition of a special summon lock with Fossil Dyna.
The target end board:
Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon, Ultimaya, Beatice, Dragonlark, Fossil Dyna (summoned on opponent Standby Phase from Dragonlark), Chuche
It's pretty easy to pull off consistently and if you get hand trapped, you can always default back to Crystal Wing + Shenshen + Chuche or Crystal Wing + Caliga + Chuche.
The 2x Effect Veiler and 2x TTT can be replaced with Psy-frame Gear Gamma and Driver. If you go this route you can add in Vahram, the Magistus Divinity Dragon to make with gamma and driver on your turn and pop Vahram with Chuche to destroy all face up cards your opponent controls.
Tip #1: If Fossil Dyna or Caliga are on your field next turn and you need to activate monster effects or special summon, you can use Qinglong to negate Dyna or Caliga and continue playing.
Tip #2: You can use a Chuche in the GY to level Shenshen to 12 and overlay with Ultimaya Tzolkin to hard make Divine Arsenal AA Zeus.
